Had a hot woman after me with NPA. But when she was invited to a party with 10 other men and woman at my home and I was playing the guitar ( a set of 3 songs), I was obviously the highlight being it was at my place and I was wearing mones and “playing live”.
Problem was other men were competing for her attention and making moves on her, all while she was trying to get my attention. Because I was in the middle of a set of songs I could not just stop playing or start an argument. It would look unprofessional.
So here is NPA doing its job of heating up this MILF but it wasn’t pulling her to me as other men were all over her at the party.
The only time I got a chance to chat with her was after my songs were done and other men already had been sitting and talking to her , coming on to her etc. Since she acted like a lady and not rude she was smiling back at them and probably horny from the NPA.
Lesson learned NPA works when its time for senseless fuking not for musicians performing a live set who have to act professional.
Hey man the buying temperature was still hot…you were the one with the social proof and no reason to stop playing and start an argument. Not only would it be unprofessional, but it would show a lack of confidence as well.
If she’s interested in you, and all hot and bothered and thinking its you then you’re the one she’s gonna wanna end up with. If she likes you and is all hot and bothered by you, but because you’re playing some songs she can’t wait and goes and makes out with other dudes to get her “needs” satisfied…then not the kind of woman you’d wanna be with anyway.
I agree with TheGentleman. You should have escalated the attraction after your set was over. Say something like its a bit stuffy in here so I’m taking a little walk. As an after thought - hey, why not come along.
It’s hard to escalate when she had a stud sitting next to her putting him arm around her and coming on to her all while she was smiling back and horny (probably from my potion! which backfired on me). It looks like she just wanted to get picked up and my music was the entertainment for the two of them.
How many times do I have to repeat myself? I’m in an open marriage and I’m not cheating! My wife is fully aware of my generosity to other women and their generosity to me. Though not in this case with the NPA!
I’m thinking this situation is like a club setting. The DJ in a club is like the musician at a party. He is the life, but when people are horny they go find others to pick up at the club not the DJ! The DJ just provides the entertainment for the evening getting everyone hot and bothered while they hook up with whose there that night.
I’m starting to feel as a musician at a party I was in a similar position to the DJ. The music I played , the party, the fact that NPA increases horniness and nothing else, all created pull for the guys who came on to her while i was in the middle of my set.
I’m not saying NPA is bad. It’s just that it increases aggression and competitiveness amongst males and signals now is the time for action. the music doesn’t signal now is the time, its more like foreplay.
I wonder if Ammo/IS would of worked better.. then again she was a spanish MILF that look like Jen Lopez a 11/10 and may of never responded to ammo/is.
On the other hand yesterday I wore some ammo/is to visit a blonde I frequent and it pushed all her buttons. For some reason ammo/is worked great with the white folk regardless of age (even teenagers seem to be attracted).
I’ll leave NPA/EDGE for times when I am ALONE with a woman with few studs in the vicinity from now on or when I’m crashing someone ELSE’s party!
I think the point Astera is making (and I could be wrong but I will make the point then) is that maybe the girl in question is not open to your open marriage. Just because you and your wife are comfortable with it doesn’t mean other women will be comfortable with the situation.
Just because she is turned on by NPA, doesn’t mean she will forget all her values and beliefs and just go with your flow. You will only find a small percentage of women who want to be involved with someone who is already involved and decency dictates you should tell these women before you become involved with them. Even if you didnt tell her, I assume these people in your house know you to some extent and people talk so someone else could have told her your were involved already.
Frankly I dont think you can blame all of it on the NPA.
