Hi all. I am still very new to this, but I will try to set out my experiences in a way that makes sense. Thank you Tisha for the good advice you have made available to us newbies.

I know I’m supposed to try out one product at a time, for a week…does anyone actually do that when they get their first order? I was too excited and intrigued.

I have got my pheros about a week ago, but have not used them everyday. I have been cautious, because my husband has very strong physical reactions (unpleasant ones) to some smells, and I wasn’t sure how he would react to the products. He absolutely cannot go into a perfume or candle shop, and his eyes water in the soap aisle at the grocery store. Fortunately for me, he doesn’t seem bothered by the neroli, which is the only scent I have so far.

Day 1
Product: Instant Sexiness A - to go bottle
Application: Two sprays - 1 to neck, 1 to arms
Self Effects: Alert, more visual and mental clarity @ 30 seconds, lasted 2 hours; dizzy @ 30 seconds, lasted 2 minutes
Environment: Church. This was not intentional…I had planned to use Instant Shine, but realized my mistake after I sprayed. Read your labels, people! :o
Effect on others:
Spent one hour in a room, 500 sq. ft., people within 5 feet
Noticed increased interest from person next to me, who was teaching the class. After about fifteen minutes, he excluded everyone else from the conversation and directed all his comments to me.
Spent next hour and a half in large room full of people, @ 5000 sq. ft.
Teacher mentioned above sat 8 ft. away, and kept staring, with a silly grin on his face. He went out of his way to come up with conversation and paid me compliments that were inappropriate for the environment.
Hubby seemed confused and slightly nervous, but he was more possessive, stayed very close to me, was more touchy-feely than usual.
Daughter continually commented on how mommy ‘smells yummy.’

Reapplication: Instant Sexiness A - to go bottle -1 spray to arms
Self Effects: Alert, mental and visual clarity @ 30 seconds, not dizzy this time. Did not notice when this effect wore off.
Environment: Home, temp. 75 degreesF, room 300 sq.ft.
Effect on others: Husband seemed confused @ 5-10 feet away. Daughter again commented on yummy smell.

Day 2
Product: Instant Sexiness A - to go bottle
Application: 1 spray to arms
Self Effects: Alert, mental and visual clarity @ 30 seconds. Lasted 2 hours
Environment: Grocery store
Effect on others: Husband less confused, more flirty @ 2-10 feet. The guys he works with were very jovial and wanted to talk, but physically hung back. They would lean their heads forward to talk to me, but not move closer. They kept glancing at my husband to gauge his reactions, I think they are intimidated by him. I again got comments from my daugher about the yummy smell. It’s starting to get creepy.
I applied this at about 9 a.m. I did not reapply all day, could it still have affected the husband 12 hours later? He was very attentive and flirty, and we did have sex that night.

Day 3
Product: Instant Sexiness A - to go bottle
Application: 1 spray to arms
Self Effects: same as before, alert, clarity
Environment: Grocery store
Effect on others: Husband does not seem nervous now, maybe he is used to the smell. He is more attentive and chivalrous, kisses me more often. The guys he works with were again increasingly friendly and flirtatious, but discreet. And another comment from my daugher about how yummy mommy smells. Grr. I told her to knock it off.
Again, I applied this at about 9 a.m. but husband still seemed to be feeling the effects in the evening. Or maybe his interest is just stirred up. Anyway, we had sex again, this time with more passion. (WooHoo, two nights in a row! I have been deprived for waaaay to long.)

I’m not sure how much text this thing can handle at once. I’m going to journal this in two posts, I think.

Day 4
Product: Instant Openness - to go bottle
Application:1 spray to neck 7:30 a.m.
Self Effects: Foggy head, clogged sinus @ 30 seconds, lasted 1 hour. Became very sleepy @ 30 minutes, lasted until application of I/Sa about 1 hour 15 mins later.
Environment: Grocery store
Effect on others:Clerks very chatty @ 5-10 feet, one woman talked me ear off about getting no sleep because her dog is in heat. Suspicious looks from my brother-in-law @ 15 feet.

Product: Instant Sexiness A - to go bottle
Application: 1 spray to arms
Self Effects: instantly clearer head, muzzy feeling from I/O is gone. Felt less sleepy @ 30 seconds.
Environment: Meeting in room @ 500 sq. ft.
Effect on others: Arrived a little early, had a delightful 1-1 chat with meeting host who released me early, told me there wasn’t anything she could tell me that I didn’t already know about the discussion and it wouldn’t make sense for me to sit through a mtg that would be boring for me.
Environment: Hardware store
Effect on others: Ran into same man who was above referenced teacher. (Day 1) He reacted less to the I/Sa today, but I was wearing 1 spray instead of 2. He was very inclined to talk, followed me around the store, and outside. He did not flirt exactly, just chat.

Product: Instant Shine - to go bottle
Application: 1 spray to neck 6:30 p.m.
Self Effects: Felt warm and tingly on my skin, I felt more cheerful @ 30 seconds.
Environment: Meeting, room @ 5000 sq. ft.
Effect on others:No noticeable effects on those present, @ 2-10 feet.

Environment: Home, room @ 500 sq. ft.
Effect on others: My 1 yr old had some ear pain, probably from teething. He was inconsolable until I arrived home @ 8:30 p.m., then would not let me put him down. He is not a mommy’s boy, he loves to be held by everyone, so this was out of character. He snuggled his face into my neck and stopped crying almost immediately. He kept his face turned in towards my neck for almost a half hour, which was also out of character. Only afterwards did I remember I had sprayed Instant Shine on my neck. It seemed to soothe him.

This is fun stuff, but all this typing is giving me finger cramps. Do you have a pheromone to relieve that?
I have been using low dosages, usually one to go spray, of the products I have tried. Will up the dosage soon, and report on that. None of these stories are sensational, but maybe they’ll help with research.
I have got to get out more, who else would notice what effect pheros had on a baby? :stuck_out_tongue:

If you are getting results at low doses/sprays, then you don’t need to up the dose. DO it once to see what reaction you get, but you generally want to stay at your most effective “sweet spot.” Sounds like you found it! :slight_smile:

Hi everyone. I’ve been busy this week and haven’t had time to write much. I have been faithfully testing Instant Sexiness A and Instant Shine, but my experiences have all been so similar, and nothing extraordinary to report.

I do have a question. Tonight the hubby and I were going out. He has been on vacation this week, and we have spent most of our time doing activities with the children. But we had planned a night out for a couple of days, and he seemed to be really looking forward to it. About a half an hour before we left I applied two sprays of Instant Sexiness A. I have used this around him before, but have never gotten wonderful results, just mild interest.

Now, we live in the middle of nowhere. It takes an hour to get to Wal-mart. So anywhere we wanted to go would be quite a drive. We drove for an hour to get to this certain little pub we like, and as we drove he got quieter and quieter. As we were about to reach our destination, he suddenly told me he didn’t feel like it anymore, and wanted to go home. And then he turned the car around and drove home. That’s a lot of driving and not even stop in for a beer.

I don’t believe that he was ill, or had a headache, or anything like that. All of his other behaviors were normal, his reactions to other people were normal. But after being shut up in a car for an hour with me and I/Sa he did not want to go out. It’s hard to describe the moment, but his demeanor and body language felt like rejection. After we got home we had a perfectly normal evening with our children, just like nothing was wrong.

Can anyone help me understand what happened?

I would copy this post down to the main forum as well - sometimes journal entries are missed. This is certainly strange!

Sounds strange, yes.. I’m curious to hear what others think! Compliments on the reports!! May I ask you what your age is?

I am 33. Hubby is 37, if it matters. I had stopped using the pheromones for a short time, to clear the air, so to speak. Now I’m sticking with Instant Shine, just to see reactions. So far so good, husband seems to be relaxed with it, but he is very laid back and doesn’t often react in a big way.
Will try I/Sa again soon, and let you know.

After discussing my weird experience with I/Sa last week with some friends, we have a theory.

Instant Sexiness works because it increases the pheromone signal women give off that implies that we are interested in sex. My husband is very quietly jealous, and not the type to look for extra attention, he prefers to be in the background, whereas I am more of the center of attention, flirty life of the party kind of gal. Our theory is that the pheromones I was wearing may have caused him to anticipate an evening where he may have been put into an awkward situation. Perhaps his reactions stemmed from the possibility of more sexual-type attention being paid to me than usual, and from other men than himself, which would have increased the jealous feelings, and decreased the possibility that he could stay out of the limelight.

I’m not sure if that makes sense to anyone but me, or if it all came out sideways.
Any thoughts?

I had a lovely time today trying to get rid of a kitten that a neighbor left at my house. Long story, but I cannot have a cat (or any animal that does not live in a cage or terrarium) in my apartment due to lease restrictions. And getting someone to take a half-grown kitten off your hands is not always an easy task.

Two sprays of Instant Shine, and I found him a home within twenty minutes of asking around. I don’t know if it was the pheros, or if I found someone who just can’t say no to cats scary but she didn’t even ask any questions. Our conversation went something like this:
Me: Hi. I have a little kitty that needs a home.
Her: OK
Me: OK?
Her: Yeah, okay. I’ll take it.
Me: Do you want to know anything about it first? It’s male…
Her: No, that’s ok
Me: It’s grey and about three months old…
Her: I said I’ll take it!

I had to laugh. Seriously I couldn’t even describe the cat. She just didn’t care.

A couple of days ago I went to an outdoor music concert, a medley of sorts featuring various local artists. The kind of grassroots, down home fun that people only really have in small towns. I have tried cities and towns and the backwoods of America, and I have to say there isn’t much that beats living in a place where everyone knows you and hollers a hello when you go by.

Anyway, I have simply fallen in love with I/Sa and wear it fairly often. I’m running out fast, but $ is always tight, so I’m going to have to start rationing it soon.

Self Effects: Instantly more alert, focused. Felt confident and in charge
Environment: outdoor concert, temp @ 75 F, light breeze
Effect on others: LOTS of attention from the younger guys there, and some of the adults as well.

My oldest daughter sings with one of the bands that played that night, and a lot of her friends were there to watch. Several of her guy friends, all aged between 15 and 18, stayed amazingly close to me, despite that I’m just another boring old grownup. Before long I found myself enclosed in a circle of her young friends, all of them chatting away and competing for attention, preening like peacocks. It was very funny. Of course, it was the I/Sa doing its work, but I take some small comfort in the fact that pheros won’t make you do something you wouldn’t have done under normal circumstances. Maybe I’ve still got it after all

One of these poor guys couldn’t seem to control his own reactions. He did pretty well, considering his parents were present, but he made a lot of excuses to touch me, grab my arm, bump into me, and lean in really close. I felt kind of sorry for him.

Later on I had a positively delightful conversation with a male friend, about 30 years old. He is a very independent personality, and not the type to hang around one person all night. In fact, if I want to talk to him I usually have to go to him, not the other way around, but this evening he didn’t stray any more than about ten feet from me. We have known each other for some time, but we conversed at an intimate depth that we had never found before. It didn’t seem to matter that we were surrounded by people, most of whom knew us. Now, I am a faithful spouse, and nothing happened, (sorry to all of you who were looking for a sexy bedtime story) but the intensity of the bond we had that night was electric.

The funny thing is, I bought pheros to spice things up at home, and my husband hardly seems to notice. I understand about that taking time, and I will patiently keep trying, but I get much stronger reactions from other guys than I do from him. Expecially from his own friends. I expected that the more blatant hits would come from strangers, people who didn’t know I was married, people who weren’t already familiar with my phero signature. But the people who are the most aggressively flirtatious with me now are my husband’s best friends. Any thoughts? Maybe he needs new friends.

Hmm… Could it be that it has something to do with the fact that you husband knows you and your natural phero-signature very well? I mean, your not around his friends as often as you are around your SO right? Maybe you don’t know his friends good enough for them to be greatly familiar with your signature, but just good enough for them to express their feelings to you (which are a reaction to the phero’s but they don’t know) while your SO is still adjusting to them…

Flirtatious, I just love I/Sa. I would wear it every day if I could, just for the way it makes me feel. Having charming young men dawdling around just to be near you is a nice plus.

Does anyone have any ideas about pheros to deal with insomnia?

I seem to recall reading in here somewhere about a putative that made people sleepy, but I can’t remembe what it was. Time to go searching.

The guide says TAK or MX204 makes people sleepy… Not sure if they’re still available though!

IS/A doesn’t seem to do anything for me, maybe I’m too much IS/A myself :wink:

Boy, oh boy where do all the hours go? I have been way too busy to post all my results here, but I will try to be more faithful to it. I just got a new order in and am testing out Come Talk To Me this week. Thank you Jacob for your kind words and the personal attention you put into our orders. You’re very sweet.

Application: 1 spray, to wrists
Self Effects: Within 10 seconds or so I felt more sympathetic with the one person in the vicinity, which happened to be a whiny four-year-old who was making unreasonable demands. I also became more aware of the skin where I had applied CTTM, it was not hyper sensitive, just really alive feeling.
Environment: Home, indoor room @ 500 sq. ft.
Effect on others: my children did not seem to argue as much today, but other than that no noticeable effects. Could be the fighting was lessened because the communication increased between them?

Product: Come Talk To Me
Application: 2 sprays, 1 to wrists, 1 to inner forearms
Self Effects: no noticeable effects to self this time, except I found myself wanting to sniff the application point just to enjoy the aroma.
Environment: indoor, outdoor, in the car, all around town on errands

I did not experience any unusual level of conversation today, not even in the places where people usually stop me to chat. However, we are moving soon, and I decided that this trip out would be a good time to drum up some help moving the heavy items that I’m not looking forward to lifting. Hubby is a great worker, but some things are better done with a partner, such as moving heavy furniture.

I went to his workplace and started talking to the guys there. One guy in particular is always friendly and chatty, but never the type to engage in activities with us outside of the workplace…we don’t hang out, party together, go fishing together or anything like that. But after talking with him for five minutes or so, I asked him if he would be willing to help us move in a couple of weeks. He immediately agreed. This REALLY surprised me. Thank you CTTM?

Thank you Flirtatious. I had discovered TAK and am glad to know about mx204. It seems like the more I learn about pheros and the more experience I gain, the longer my wishlist grows.

Product: Come Talk To Me

Self Effects: Again, my skin felt incredibly alive at the application point. Again, feeling sympathetic with others around me, not as annoyed by distractions.

Well, first off I picked up a hitchhiker. I think this was the sympathy part of what I was feeling, because I had sprayed myself in the car and was enveloped in CTTM for a few minutes. Now before you all get after me about picking up strangers and how dangerous it is, this guy was not a complete stranger to me. We have been acquaintances for about a year, although I wouldn’t call him a friend. I felt so sorry for this guy, walking in the blazing heat (it was almost 100 today).

Environment: car, work in a gymnasium
Effect on others: The hitchhiker guy made pleasant conversation, but did not seem interested in talking. He was in my car less than ten minutes, distance @ 2 ft or so.

One of the guys I work with is normally very chatty. When I wear I/Sa he hangs around to talk until it’s almost ridiculous. But today he was not really interested. I, on the other hand, was incredibly sympathetic to whatever he said, and wasn’t the least bit annoyed that he was loafing around and not doing anything. Normally I can’t stand that.

My boss popped his head in to talk for a minute, but he didn’t stick around either. We are pretty good friends, and usually when he shows up he talks for a half hour or more, today nada. Two minutes, tops.

A young kid, about 15 y/o has been hired for the summer to do errands, odd jobs, mow the lawn, etc. He is a friend of my daughter and we talk often, although not in depth. Today when I said hello and asked him how he was, he moved away about 10 feet before answering, and then kept a 10 foot or so distance between us for the five minutes or so that we talked.

Come Talk To Me is not showing itself to me to be a conversation pheromone. In fact it seems to have the opposite effect with me. I have not finished testing it, so maybe I will start to see different conversation effects later.

I am intrigued by the self-effect of mellow, not annoyed joviality it produces in me. Also, I am fascinated that there has been a noticeable decrease in the arguing between my children whenever I wear CTTM. That by itself makes it a winner in my book. Note: the situation in my home has become more stressful than usual, not less, so I wouldn’t chalk their decreased fighting up to environment. I am going to be out of town all next week, which never happens, and my little ones are nervous. Also, we are moving in about two and half weeks, so they are worked up over that. I would have expected more disagreements, not less during this stressful time.

Trials are underway for Instant Honesty, and these are the first three:

Self Effects: none noticeable
Environment: at home with children and husband
Effect on others: none noticeable, although children are usually more open in their responses to pheros than adults are. Nothing from hubby either. Perhaps dosage is too low.

Second test:

Product: Instant Honesty
Application: 2 sprays to wrists and forearms
Self Effects: none noticeable
Environment: work, home with family
Effect on others: none noticeable, although I was in a terrible mood. It may have been the mental funk that was forestalling any hits and almost any interaction.

Third Test:

Product: Instant Honesty, Instant Shine
Application: IH 2 sprays to wrists and forearms, IS 1 spray to neck
Self Effects: none noticeable
Environment: out and about, errands
Effect on others: When I visited my husband’s work today, everything was normal, I didn’t notice any unusual attention from the people there. However, after about ten minutes of talking with the guys, they started pouring out all the juicy gossip. Apparently someone was fired over the weekend, and they wanted to tell me all about who and why. Then I started to get details on one person’s injury and how it occurred. Later I was hearing about marital problems, social politicking, etc, etc. It seemed like it would have gone on all afternoon if I hadn’t left.

So, back to the old drawing board. Was it the combination with Shine that brought about the change, or would I have gotten the same results yesterday if I hadn’t been in such a ‘don’t mess with me’ mood? I will try again with just Honesty.

Today is a very busy day. Grr, days like this make me feel tightly wound and ready to fly apart in all directions.

I am leaving tomorrow for a week-long trip as a chaperone of a group of about 20 teenagers. That by itself, although fun, is trying my nerves, and we haven’t left yet.
Also, tomorrow is Father’s Day and the fact that my departure is on that day is causing some tension at home.

My oldest, who is really my right arm at home, is gone away visiting friends, and will not return until late. And my three youngest children are sick with some sort of feverish flu. So between all the normal fuss, packing, copious amounts of laundry as I deal with sick children, sleep deprivation, and trying to prepare to move to a new apartment within a week of returning from this trip, my nerves are shot. Thank God Grandma lives just around the block. If it weren’t for her I would never make this work.

I do have one bright spot in this combination! INSTANT SHINE! I just love the way it tends to calm everyone and take off the rough edges of our attitudes. Very harmonizing. thinking of using it a room spritzer just for the effects

Environment: home with family, including sick cranky children
Effect on others: a calmative, works to smooth over small problems and helps everyone relax and chill. I love this phero. Really takes the edge off of the crabbiness and neediness of little children who aren’t feeling well.

Well, after being out of town for a week with no access to a computer I have a lot of reporting to do. I will post some now and more as I have time.

Product: Instant Honesty
Application: 2 sprays to wrists and forearms
Self Effects: none noticeable
Environment: in a class, room @ 500 sq. ft
Effect on others: Definitely noticed an increase in the quality of conversation. These are people I meet with every week or so, and we talked this week about all sorts of things that have never come up before. It was very quiet, compassionate sort of comraderie that we have not had before. A good test.

Product: Instant Sexiness A
Application: 2 sprays to neck
Self Effects: more alert, more mental clarity, feelings of confidence
Environment: on a bus, traveling 4 hours with a group of friends, partially teens.
Effect on others: I tried this phero out with this group of teens, just to get a feel of what it would do. There was A LOT of flirting, which was interesting, because about half of these teens were girls, and about half of the boys didn’t know me very well at all.

Of the boys who did know me already, I am the mother of their friend. So when they flirted and made eye contact (yes, THAT kind of eye contact) I was a little taken aback. But it was all harmless and fun. It is a very good ego builder to know that teens will flirt with me even though I’m approaching my mid-thirties.

One poor guy couldn’t seem to control his reactions. He is the same young man that I mentioned previously in the post about the outdoor concert. He had trouble keeping his hands to himself then, too, although he was never inappropriate about it. But I/Sa does seem to have a very strong effect on him. He changed seats three times to get closer to me, then sat very close and made sure he was a part of the conversation no matter who else came and went. He touched my arm a lot, and made a lot of eye contact, very flirty. I will not wear I/Sa near him again if I can help it. It just isn’t right. LOL :wink:
