Thanks to the Gift Certificate I was able to get all the togo bottles of the pheromones I felt that I would need most. So with research on this forum I received Turn Up The Heat (normal strength), Ammunition (normal strength), Instant Shine, Instant Openness, and the free Instant female magic. (I’m an 18 year old straight male btw) I’ve got two social encounters today, practice and a little social at my house. My friend (a guy, kinda laid back and doesnt say much) is picking me up for practice so I wanted to see how instant shine and openness would work on him, so how many sprays of each would you recommend? For the social, there will be girls there so I’m thinking about a combination of Instant Shine, Instant Openness, and Ammunition or Turn Up The Heat (because I hear they have similar effects but don’t mix). So how many sprays of each, for the social, would you recommend?

It is recommended that you try one product at a time and see how well it works for you. Starting with one spray and sequentially adding an additional spray until you find your sweet spot.
But, if you are as excited as I was when I received my order, you may want to throw caution to the wind.
Try
2 sprays of shine
2 sprays of openness
maybe 1/2 spray of ammo ( go easy on the ammo and TUTH, you are young and have a lot of natural none production.

welcome to the forum theone245, just one or two sprays of IO and IS would be fine to start out with. TUTH, don’t go crazy with this one, only use one spray with this since youre 18 and OD risk is very high with A-none based products.
since you have just started with pheromones, you should use just one product at a time for a week or so to see the full effect of each one, then start layering different products. for example, try buffering TUTH with two sprays of instant shine or instant openness so the androstenone from TUTH wont be intimidating or too alpha.
that’s a good combination of stuff there. other members may disagree with me but i’m going to say take it easy at first. it’s true that you have important events today (i cut it close on my first test too) but if you do too much, even without od, you won’t really know which phero had which effect. since you have to-gos you’ll want to be wise with how you spray. once you get a good feel for your personal results you can get the big bottle knowing full well you’ll get the most out of it.
my rec is this:
practice- 1 spray of shine to your neck, 1 spray of openness either in your hair or split between your wrists. if you don’t talk much, you could even try putting that spray on your neck for some self-effects.
social- the pheros should still be having some effect at this point. if the social is >6 hours after your practice, you could choose a refresher spray of shine or openness, depending on what effect you’re going for at the social. tuth is usually reserved for more intimate encounters so a spray of ammo is your best bet.
as you know from the research, pheros are helpers. if you want your friend to talk, you’ll need to talk to him. if you want to attract the girls, you’ll need to approach them or do something else so they become interested in you. certainly this is all a rush at one point but try your best and the pheros should help you out. good luck and most importantly, have fun! keep us posted on the results too.

Personally I think you’re going to have a BLAST of a great time today and look forward to hearing about all your crazy adventures tomorrow. Ishine and IO are a great combo to really get things started with your friend. I would use three Ishina and Three IO about ten minutes before he gets you. Make sure you are happy and jovial and have something to talk about. Things will get pretty fun in an enclosed car.
I’m assuming, since you are cool and use mones, the practice is for something cool too. I’m thinking; something to do with either Hawaiin Tropic Girls or the Swedish Bikini Team and involves sweat. I hope its not the Swedish Chef from the muppets though 
. Be sure to watch out for lack of focus and a grand old time had by all at practice. Make sure you shower when you get back home for the little “social” which to me means PARTY!
Now its PARTY TIME and you’re wondering what to wear? My favorite combo is Ishine and IFM. Three sprays of each and add three more sprays of IO. I would wear just one tiny little spray of TUTH just to get that manly vibe too.
