I just placed my 1st order for a starter kit and I am based in the UK, I know its maybe hard to say but anyone who has placed orders and is based over here… do you think there is hope I will get the delivery by the 27th?
IME AD are amongst the best/fastest phero companies for international shipping. Some others are better measured on the geological timescale!
If its all consumer line and in stock, you should probably be ok. I’ve had orders delivered to Scotland in as little as 48hrs - Although putatives/MXs/experimones can add three to five days more to an order.
Once you get your shipment confirmation, check the tracking info - the only other thing that can hold you-up is if it gets sucked in a customs black-hole, although that has only happened to me once in several years of ordering from AD and Mickaelia got another lot going as soon as they had it returned.

This means its probably not been shipped yet?
I guess I should have ordered a bit sooner (too much hesitation on my part) as if its not shipped yet it might be unrealistic to expect a delivery by the 27th. I have had the text about paying custom fees and have paid those already which was around 4 quid.
Interestignly it is showing 11 in stock on the kit so I thought shipping would be quicker unless I am mis understanding something written above.
If customs are taken care of, then once the tracking says it’s on the way, you should get it smartly. 
Am I paranoid but this seem a little strange, I orderd on the 14th, its now the 18th (going on UK time) and according to the tracker it has not been dispatched yet, we still just have the line saying “Shipment information received” and no estimated delivery date yet…
When it comes to shipping to the UK I have no idea and no experience and would have to go with Mobocaster suggests as I know he has made a lot of orders over the years and he always has great advice.
Fingers crossed then - I hope my faith/experience of them isn’t disappointed this time - Mickaelia/Dee/Brian, are you watching?
Ive not had an answer to a question I left on the support on Sunday yet but the package is now in transit and the estimated delivery day is the 23rd which is the main thing - if all goes well it will arrive with much time to spare. Still seemed slow as I ordered on the 14th and dispatch wasnt until the 20th and they did send me an email on the 14th saying it would be on the way by 6pm that day.
Quite excited to get the package and have a play around now!
Great - once they are confirmed as in transit, things are usually straightforward.
