1 spray at 2.5mcgs!
I started adding in other pheros as the weeks progressed by usually the P75 dosage was 2.5mcgs. It really made that first month back in school smooth sailing with little turbulence.

Sometime this week I’ll be trying it with A1 and P83 and maybe some A314 just to gauge the effects.
