Reporting User Status - What Does It Mean?
For many of you, Reporting User Status might be something you have heard passed around and yet you are unsure exactly what the meaning behind it is. It’s all good and I will do my best to help explain it here for you.
Simply put - when a PheroTalk user reports on the forum with quality good posts on first Consumer Line products, MX’s, Experimones and Putatives it provides us at Androtics with valuable insights on how molecules interact on their own and mixed with others. I cannot emphasize enough just how important this information is to us. Even when nothing happens it is very important. This information allows us to tweak mixes and understand just how molecules interact with each other, environments and even yourself. Everyone has different reactions and you should.
We get some users whose results are completely different than other users and then we have carbon copy users. They read a report and report the same things as the original report. That’s why I try not to read any reports before I actually test myself. I really like being able to pick up on the molecules subtle magic as it happens and come to my own conclusions. However there is no right or wrong way to test out molecules. I know that Tisha23 wrote a post once on how molecules should be reported on, but understand that it was only a guide. I always felt the best way to report was to write in your own style.
I have a unique style of writing and in college my English and Journalism professors always took time to fully comprehend my style. I like to think its a cross between Hunter S Thompson, Herman Melville and Mark Twain in his later years after the loss of his wife and child (think Devils Race-track). At first bewildered, but once you grasp my sarcasm, puns, wit and fantasticism you come to enjoy it or hate me. Please just be yourself and write like you want to. It will always bring out the best report. Another key to writing good reports is try and include all the relevant information that you can. Ask yourself if you have any questions if you were reading it and answer them. If someone does ask you questions go back and answer them.
Now in normal circumstances it takes a full year to obtain the much coveted Reporting User Status, but this is no normal company. I like to review monthly and I look for quality and consistency in reporting. Anyone can qualify just as long as you are reporting. You should be reporting at least once a week to be recognized. Sometimes users will establish themselves and then, as it does with all of us, life happens and we aren’t able to report as often. The key is that these friends have already established themselves and we always make exceptions for our friends. Please understand that if you gain the status and then go away for a month you will just as easily lose it. Its not something I ever want to do, but these molecules like P96 can cost us 1000 times more than we actually sell it for. Yes, you read that right! One-Thousand times more than we sell it for thus loosing Androtics tons of money on the front end, but the value and insight we obtain from your reports are priceless. In order to maintain a viable business able to continue our research, hand out Gift Certificates, employ great people and reward those we care about we need to ensure that only those who report get the best possible pricing, while those who don’t still have an opportunity to get fantastic pricing.
Also understand Reporting Users are selected on reports, quality and quantity and helping other members. This does not however include the intro section where we reward those with Reward Points.
So what benefits are there for Reporting Users your ask? Well for one, you are on the very ground floor for all research. When something new is coming out we send it to the Reporting Users first. Usually we don’t even charge, we just send it as a way for you to be the first tester because we want your feedback. Take for instance the new FF packs that will determine the new Ammo scent and default scent for MX’s.
Then of course there is the discounts. Reporting Users pay half the base price on Putatives, MX’s and Experimones. So where as the regular price of $28 (I use regular very loosely as $28 is way less than we pay in many circumstances) the Reporting User price starts at $14. Incremental increases are still the same for everyone. Our most socially aware and experienced Reporting Users with a quick phone call to me can usually get products unscented for $15 dollars instead of $60 too. We highly discourage this though and it has to be a very special request.
Add all that and then there are the books, CD’s, trips, gifts, love, love, love that is sent out. Androtics has been known to send out amazing stuff with orders to our Reporting Users. On one occasion we sent a Reporting User with a desire to learn NLP to Florida to learn NLP from Dr. Richard Bandler himself. All expense paid trip just because he had the desire and always helped others and posted quality reports.
Now throw in all the many other perks, to secret to mention here, but you can always read the thank you’s in the store section how the Reporting User got an unexpected package full of goodies on their doorstep. Life is fun when you report.
