Hey all I would like some feedback pertaining to my next AD purchase. I was hoping to get some P83, but I don’t know what size and concentration. I’ve seen people having success in the 10-50 microgram range, so I was thinking about either a standard strength To-Go size (12.5 micrograms) or to get more bang for my buck and purchase a lower concentrated 30 mL bottle. I plan on using A314 as my base (2-3 drops regular strength R28), as well as some IS (2-4 sprays To-Go) and maybe a small amount of either TUTH or AMMO (1-2 sprays). I plan on picking up some AMMO this next shopping trip too.
Pertinent info: 21 years old, male, temperature range: 68 to 75 degrees Farenheit. Setting: bar, school, grocery store, etc.
I think that the 12.5mcg/spray is a perfect starting point to start your own sweet spot testing. I personally wouldn’t go anything lower than 10mcg/spray in a 30ml for P83 but that’s me and my uses. I typically go with 30 but I started off with my 10mcg/spray then ordered the 30mcg/spray based on my sweet spot.
From what I understand 12.5 is the ideal testing range for AD, however you can’t get that in the 30ml so I go for 10mcgs in all my P’s with the exception of 75 because in that one less is definitely more.
I then do solo testing and try at 10, 20, 30 etc until I find my sweet spot. So far my results have been consistent with others. I took it above 70mcgs and just didn’t see any increased benefits so I stick in the 20-60mcg range.
I’ve been pleased with the bottle I got 30 ML @10mcg it has lasted quite some time and I found my sweet spot well before a quarter of the bottle was used.
I as well like my 10mcg, 30ml bottle of P83…just a side note I noticed you said other people were doing well with such and such and Im guilty of doing that too of course, but it’s also rewarding and helpful to AD to do the opposite too. Like try getting something no one has tried or one you haven’t read about …that way you have no pre-conceived notions as to what results might or might not happen keeping you from “seeking” a result.
Excellent point! I would, but I am relatively new to the game (been lurking for a year and am just now rehaining an interest) as well as this beig the first non-consumer line product I plan on purchasing. I want to get some
More experience under my belt before I branch put into other AD products.
