Lol. I can’t say I’ve noticed much in the way of super ultra hits that are blatantly obvious, but with a girl, I can usually tell a subtle difference in her actions when I wear p83 vs. when I don’t.
Most are much more touchy-feely. Tater mentioned something about how p83 is sort of a crave activator. I agree with him, especially when it comes to sexuality/sensuality.
Ever seen someone on Ecstasy? Very touchy-feely and very impulsive. When they want something, they want it NOW, and it usually involves personal contact, whether or not it is sexual – although it normally turns sexual.
P83 seems kind of a very subdued version of this (w/o the colors and hallucinations). The effects especially come out in one-on-one conversations with drunk girls. 
One girl was especially touchy feely, and just HAD to keep sniffing my neck and complimenting me (I had p83 w/ an ammo scent + some other pheros… don’t remember which ones, but -none was not in there). Lol… I had never been groped THAT much by a girl in public… 
This might explain, too, why elderly people don’t like it. Most elderly people aren’t exactly sensual and impulsive, and if they get a whiff of something that says “be sensual and impulsive” they don’t like it.
