Thanks Jusitn, the only problem I have learned is most people only listen to the advice when it is too late.
I wear mones specifically when I know the ex is around. I will only see differences with her. With women I haven’t met it will be harder to see the signs of the mones are working. I put on mones for different reason. Tomorrow i am gonna have them on when I am out and about and getting a haircut to see the effects on other women. Hope a hot chick cuts my hair lol
I did a period of not talking to my ex about 30 days. Now with the help of mones we are having friendlier conversations. I am open to having small casual conversations for the time being.
Another Update
Small Things I noticed today as I wore Ammo with two sprays on both sides of my neck.
First I walk in to start my shift and my ex is near my department and as uncomfortable this was she looks at me and says Hi to me, In front of her boyfriend. In the past I wonder because she never acknowledged me in front of her boyfriend. Not a good thing because if he didn’t know I was the ex, he does now. In the past she would never acknowledge me when she was around her boyfriend. Eithier its just her or the effects of Ammo.
Near the end of my shift I was passing her through the store and she looked a little upset about something. She looks at me and says Hi as she passes by.
I think I need to experiment with some other mones.

Only my two cents, but I think something might be brewing inside her… 
Repeat Ammo as often as you can, by having a consistant phero signature with her, you might get somewhere. Do you have IH? With Ammo, IH might make her more talkative and open with you about what is going on in her mind, but I’d wait a bit more.
Yes I agree with IH also. You might be able to get out of here how she is feeling. There are a lot of women out there. Maybe go to a coffee shop or club or bar and test out the Ammo instead of just your EX. I say this because I think you are cheating yourself and think you will have a lot more success with Ammo if you try it elsewhere.
I do have IH but am afraid to put it on lol. I bought To Go with 4x the strength.

In addition: Today was my day off but I stopped by to get some groceries (my ex works in the grocery section)
I didn’t run into her or say Hi I didn’t have any mones on but as I was at the self checkout I saw my ex give me a look from way across the other side of the store as I walked out
Togo 4X hmmmm… You went for the hard stuff (lol). Attempt half a spray on one hand and gently press the top of that hand against the top of the other one (i.e. NO rubbing). This should prevent self-effects. Now half a spray is not that easy to get in a consistant way, but it’s worth trying.
What would the side effects be?

Another Brief Update:
These mones seem to only be affecting my ex lol. I see no other effects around other women and I am around customers all day.
Today I did a little experiment and did half and half instead of two sprays of the same kind I did one on one side of my neck and the other on the other side of my neck. I put 1 spray of Ammo on one side and another mone from another site.
I put Evolve XS on the other side of my neck.
I started the morning and sat in the breakroom and my ex’s mother walks in. The morning is the time I have the most interaction with the ex because as I get there, my ex usually goes on her first break or clocks in. So interacting happens the most during this time because we all meet in one room before every bodies shift starts.
I sat down and my exes mother makes a joke about the rain or something as she was passing me but she appeared to be in a friendlier mood which usually she never says anything to me unless my ex is around.
My ex walks in and has break with her mother. As she walks in, I walk out. I leave and walk around the store and kill time in the store before my shift start. I go back and wait by the time clock. My ex comes out and starts a conversation with me. She talked to me about how yesterday was a bad day. She said she had Tornado warning where she lived and had to go to the doctor. I told her I wondered about how she was after the “ladder incident”. I told her I am glad she healed up. I would start calling her Pinocchio. She laughed and told me to have a good day and she would talk to me later..
I tried to see if my new mone would effect anyone else. It appears to only be affecting my ex but I wasn’t around alot of other women my age. Maybe I will try two sprays of Evolve XS tomorrow. I need to see the power of what this new mone does.
We didn’t interact for the rest of the day…

Today was my first day to wear it but I watched reviews and heard good things about it. Here is a review I found on YouTube (not mine, someone else’s review)

Another Update:
Today I had two sprays of another mones thats not on this site but I sprayed on both sides of my neck and went to work.
I first get there, I started to walk to my department. My ex was there with her boyfriend discussing whats she is doing on “Wednesday”.
She looks at me and makes eye contact as I am passing by and remains quiet for a few seconds.
Later on, I come back from lunch and she is trying to have small talk with me. Telling me the medicine for her finger is making her tired. I’m like Ok and I go in the break room.
I see her on my lunch. She see’s me at the corner of her eye and starts more small talk. I tell her about my schedule and the loss of associates in my department.
My last break, I am in the breakroom. My ex and I are sitting at seperate tables. Thinking she isn’t paying any attention to me. I walk past her as I leave and she has a sad tone of voice and tells me “Have a good rest of your day” I wave her goodbye and I leave.
The effects of the mones to other women, I don’t notice any other females taking any notice to me which is weird.
The next time I work with her which won’t be for awhile, I will put on no mones and see if she acts the same way. If she acts the same: its not the mones, if she acts different then the last couple of days then she was effected by the mones.
It might be a good idea not hop from one supplier to the other every few days. It makes things a bit confusing and hard to follow. Also, it will end up being somehat inconclusive because there are too many variables. The runs should be separate, at least. You’re not giving each one enough time in my opinion.
Another Update:
Today I was gonna go without having any mones on but I decided to put Ammo on today. In the past, I put only 2 sprays of Ammo. Today I put an extra dose on to see what would happen.
I put two sprays on both sides of neck and another on my wrist and rubbed it on the other wrist.
Before I start, I am at the self checkout and the cashier tells me “Enjoy Your break”, a chick I never talk to. Maybe she was just being nice.
I get to work and don’t interact with her before I start but I see her walking in with her boyfriend. I try and distract my mind because it still bothers me seeing them walking in.
As I was walking in to my depart, a female manager walks past me and tells me good morning, Daniel. Female managers never call me by my name directly or really greet me in the morning.
Later on in the shift another manager walks in near my department. She isn’t directly near me but close. This is a 40 - 50yr old associate. She walks by and goes “Smells nice in here. What is that smell? It smells like cinnamon”
I catch up with her on my lunch and I am looking for lunch and she is there. As she see’s me she acts real friendly and nice towards me. Her voice gets high pitched and friendly when she interacts with me
As my lunch ends, my ex is there talking to her mom. She has to leave early for some reason. Before she leaves she tells me goodbye and to have a nice day.
Around guys must of the day but no reaction to any of them
After I got home, I took a shower and took off the shirt I had been wearing today. I smelled it and could smell the mones on it and it does smell like cinnamon.
Is this the work of Ammo? Either everyone is just being friendly or the mones are working. I may need something stronger…
Cinnamon, first time I hear that one.
I’d suggest you keep that phero signature for a little while to gather more data. What you are reporting seems like mild hits, but still, if it’s out of the ordinary AND is consistent over time when you wear that mone, the effects of the product can be confirmed. Then try without mones a few days and compare.
Why do you say you need something stronger?
