So, I’m on to my second 10ml of A314. First the LS version and now the new rev 23 version. For the last 2 years or so, the standard combo at work was 4X of IH and IS plus 2-3 drops of A314.
Recently, I’ve started taking on more responsibility at work which means LEADING meetings (not just attending them). A meeting leader has extra responsibility to kick things off (5-10 minutes of context), keep the meeting moving if it gets stuck on a particular point, assigning responsibilities/action items to people during the meeting etc, plus the meeting ends when I say so and get up to leave (then everyone else follows).
During each of the above examples, I want total and unconditional respect - complete attention and very little talking back. Because of all of this: As meeting leader, I have found it more useful to wear ONLY 3-4 drops A314 and no IH or IS. I have found the IH and IS to create more chit chat slowing the progress of the meeting down.
Don’t get me wrong, I love that combo IH/IS/A314 for 1:1 meeting discussions, just not for LEADING the meeting.
