Perfumer's alcohol: SD38C vs SD40B, and can different types be mixed in one bottle?

HONESTY Confusion

Instant Honesty is the product. The SD represents perfumers Alcohol. We used to us SD40, but now we use SD38. Not sure what you mean that there is no Instant on the bottle. If you could take a picture it would help.
