This P95 I’ve been using seems to help me focus.
I have a friend with ADD, and p130 was very effective with her when she started becoming stressed and scattered. It calmed her right down.
I read some good stuff about TAF.
P102? is primarily sensory focus/enhancement for me.
P91 around 15 to 20 mcg turns me ADD (I don’t suggest that one).
