Firstly, sorry this isn’t a personal report on pheromones & speed dating but more of a question…has anyone tried it?
It sounds an ideal environment to test pheromones.
I’m sure everyone knows how these events work but if not:
You sit at a table & have just 3 minutes to chat & get to know the person in front of you before a whistle blows & you move on to the next table, bit like a cross between musical chairs & dating. At the end of the evening, after everyone has chatted to 20 to 30 potential dates everybody gives the organizers the names of those that made an impression. The next day you are sent the details of the ones that want to get to know you more & the rest is up to you.
Now it’s not my thing, call me old fashioned but I still like the `see a girl at the bar & go up & talk to her’ method but in terms of test, 20 to 30 subjects in one evening, close proximity and a 3 minute chat…sounds the closest you can get to a controlled test.
I think it would be a great way to test mixes for impact and how quickly they take effect. But the time limit also works against you for the same reasons that they might help you.
Also, take into consideration that some people have experienced a change in behavior after meeting someone. After meeing a girl at a club, some guys have experienced that girl not being interested anymore. That may happen with speed dating as well. Who knows. I think the key is how big of an impression you leave.
Three minutes isn’t enough for people to realise what they are feeling and for social filters to be overridden.
The best way to play a speed dating event is before and after - stand out, be social. Walk on the grass - ignore the rules and get contact details directly - silly to wait for her to tick you. Also during the sessions, reverse the frame. So you’re kind of cute, but can you cook? etc.
speed greeting… (how much can you meet someone in 3 minutes, you are going totally on first impressions)
20 ladies in 3-4 minutes each is 90 minutes.
So you need something fast acting, smooth finishing and flirty.
Sounds like Instant Shine, IO, and TUTH (thinking less buffered than Ammo, but ammo would work). maybe IG for a power finish. maybe a splash of IFM, depending on how it effects you.
Stuff from the feel good shelf, TAA and similar would be good too.
On to the MX series, (I know less about) CTTM2 or Spaceland ? possibly Instant Jerk? any comments?
A314 and IH might be too slow acting for speed greeting.
