Generally Asian men secrete less anone then Caucasian men. Recently I was doing some research and found out why. Asians have less apocrine glands then other races.
That means your less stinky then the rest of us 
So its likely that you secrete less pheromones in general but its not a huge difference from other 18 year olds.
We are not doctors here so we cant tell you for sure how much you secrete. Race diet health fitness levels and age all play a part so this just gives you and us a general ideal of what products may work for you better then others.
Now I do suggest you check out the phero pro-filer invented by NBully. Its not medically endorsed but it will also give you some information that will help you understand what pheromones may work best for you as well.
