I don’t get how this works but I am guessing that if I use a 5mcg spray, say P75, and use another spray…that would equals 10 mcg? How does dosing work?

Yes. That’s it.
There is also value in spreading your dose around - multiple sprays spread around a wider range of viable app points will give overall better diffusion/projection than a stack of sprays all on the same point.
Ok thanks, but would spraying and adding mean that it would also be likely to spread or create this thing they call “pheromone cloud”?
Essentially, yes.
2 sprays of 5 MCG would create a better cloud than 1 spray 10 MCG.
