hi everybody. Does anybody know why post on “store announcement and feedback” is not approved?
no bad language used, its been 3 days, and i can see other posts meanwhile.
all posts and threads have to be approved by moderation before it can be visible.
Oh yeah,know that some post appear and some don’t, i believe i know why it was not approved. Because it was negative feedback.
If it was a negative report on the effects of a particular product, you could always repost and discuss it in Mens.
If it was to do with damage/leakage or some other practical shipping/delivery problem, AD do prefer you to raise a support ticket so they have a chance to resolve it.

The message that you don’t use posts or PMs for order issues is pretty clear.
It has absolutely nothing to do with negative feed back. If you look around the forum you can find that in almost every category and they dont delete those.
However AD has a obligation by law to keep customers order info private. If you have a issue with a order that should be dealt with through customer service not a open forum where AD cant possibly help you.
Sometimes it takes a little time for a moderator or the admin to approve a post as well. Its a large forum and each employee has other duties to deal with besides the forum.

Its because people always post their order #s which if used by an ill-willed person with the know-how could expose your private information.
You’d be surprised how many people have posted their order #s, private addresses, phone numbers, etc. We almost have to remove things like this on a daily basis.
Instead of losing our security rating by allowing people to expose this info, we prevent it to be posted.
If its an order issue we don’t discuss those things on the forums because we can’t ask you for the information we need without causing you personal security issues.
You can always call, e-mail, etc.
We answer all other inquiries and posts as long as they don’t violate or potentially violate store security.
