Let’s say I buy a couple of empty to go bottles and the same amount of pipettes and I take some of my 30ml bottle and put it into the to-go bottle… will there any issues by doing that?

Define ‘issues’?
Yes. A dangerous chemical reaction will end life as we know it, making way for the newly discovered arsenic bacteria to move in and take our place.
But really, define issues. The prays from 5mL bottles are a bit smaller than those from 30mL bottles, so if you pour a putative with a concetration of, say, 5mcg/spray from a 30mL bottle to a 5mL bottle, the sprays from the 5mL bottle will be more like 4mcg/spray or less, making it difficult to accurately determine how much you’re wearing. If it’s just consumer products, however, you will probably be fine.
I don’t bother opening the bottles. I just spray directly in there about halfway to 3/4 of the way and leave it as is.
I’m sure with well ventilated areas and proper precautions you can open the bottle and move it to a 5ml but if you can do things easier, why not do just that.
The only issue I can think of is your dosage will be slightly off from what it is when spraying the 30 ML bottle. The spray nozzle is smaller on a to go so you get 83.74% of a 30 ml spray. This is not a huge difference or a big issue when applying but some people like to be precise with there dosage.

The issue is that you may spill if you pour.
Pipettes are available and you really should use them.
