And the order becomes

From current info, we know whites and blacks don’t respond well to eRone so the Nol must be offsetting the ERone in this case for the whites, but not the blacks.
Hispanics don’t respond well here to -Nol so Hispanics either have low -Nol or the Nol offsets the eNone and eRone.
