I’ve posted in a lot of forums, but I have yet to find a forum as open, friendly and well-set up as this one. The pop up “helpers” over unfamiliar terminology by itself is a HUGE bonus. I’ve received a lot of really good advice and help here and greatly appreciate it, and I’m still amazed at how well the format works. The only thing that I can think of that I would change is more smiley options, but how minor a thing is that?
And THANK YOU for using FedEx! USPS in this county tends to be more POS, and UPS constantly runs my packages through a meat grinder. Not to mention it got here quick!
The free gift was great, actually using it more than the product I ordered (that’ll teach me to do the research completely first!), and the bonus points system and gift certificates are fantastic incentives to maintain feedback on your products.
So far the only complaint that I have is keeping products in stock, but with such a huge fanbase, being and experimental/research product and the demand the products have it’s completely understandable. Unforgivable, but understandable.
Just kidding, I’m just anxious to get my hands on some IFM and MX292.
Oh, and to the Uber-head honchos: Steve, Tish and the other moderators/administrators are doing a fantastic job making me feel welcome, encouraging me and advising me as to which products are most likely to do what. I highly recommend bonuses to all of them.
