i do believe my package did not show up today and according to the tracker maybe by monday, therefore somebody is taking me out to dinner tomorrow night. 
Not long but I get a lot of pm’s from people asking for it. Not that I have any control over it being stocked. Except the persistant nagging to Steve LOL

My tracking still said processing and when I got home the package was on the counter. Wonder if there is a glitch. I will ask Steve.

My package was in processing for about four days before it was shipped, and then the FedEx tracker said it would be delivered Saturday, which was then changed to Monday when I checked it today.
Is there a backlog on orders now? Non custom orders used to go out next day, but it seems that there is a longer wait time.
Definitely not complaining, because damn, next day turnaround is definitely not the norm! Androtics spoiled us!
Oh yeah, and my order for six bottles of MX292 better be here next week or I am pitching a fit.
I think it depends on if you choose next day or ground for shipping. I am sure they are still working the bugs out of the system. Unfortunately you don’t know what the bugs are gonna be till they occur. Once they work them out it will be smooth sailing again.
Advanced products have always been 24 to 48 hours to process and they are closed on weekends so if you order on a Friday night they wont start processing till Monday. I cant say why yours took longer though because I don’t know. I don’t work in the store but any questions or concerns should be sent though the ticket system (Customer service link below in sig) They cant fix it if they don’t know its broken and individual issues cant really be effectively addressed in the forum for security reasons.
So far its seems to be running smoothly except for it saying processing when it has shipped but the girls could be just getting used to the new system.

Thats just a default picture, there is no MX777. When you get it it will have the correct MX# on it. Just makes it easier to stock the store.
