So i just purchased the Instant Honest 4x, how would i be able to dilute this to a lesser stregnth? I bought the 4x because it’s more economical of course. (Tips from Tater).
Along with my instant honest 4x strength, i’ve also ordered instant openness 2x strength. I plan to mix these together in a 2:1 ratio because of the strength difference, but that wouldn’t dilute the strength much. i wanted to try adding my own cologne to this as well, but i’m not sure how much cologne would be needed to overcome the neroli.
has anyone tried instant honesty and instant openness together as a mix? i’m trying this out because i hear it’s so much like CTTM if you mix them, but since cttm is out of stock i have to settle for this
any mixers have an idea of the ratio for instant honest + instant openness + a cologne (im using bulvari aqua)
Genesis, what are your results of using ih by itself? I have all three and when I was first starting I really couldn’t tell that much difference. The only difference in using 1x and 4x is just that you need to use less. One spray of 4x would equal 4 sprays of 1x which is about what I normally use whether I’m using ih, io, or cttm.
If you do want to dilute then mix small amounts in an empty togo and measure carefully. 1ml of ih 4x + 1ml of cologne would give you 2ml of ih 2x in a cologne base. 1ml of that mixed with 1ml of io 2x would approximate cttm.
HOWEVER, since we don’t know how cttm compares in strength to ih or io OR what the exact ratios of alphnol to betanol is in either ih or io then it is at best an approximation. I’m no expert and if someone knows better then I’m sure they’ll correct me.
Try the ih alone and then try the io alone then make a small mix and tell us what you discover. Remember pheromones are not magic potions, you need to work 'em. I’ve got a post in my signature thread that talks about one of my early experiences with cttm. Have fun!
i just ordered the instant honest 4x so i haven’t received it yet, but i’ve been using the 2x. I haven’t notice any consistency on it to perceive it as a “hit”, but i’ve had girls in my lab coming up to me and talking to me about the lab for maybe a minute or 2, then they’ll bring up a different topic that leads to personal conversations and talk for maybe 5-10 more minutes until the professor gets irritated. it seems that even my lab partner who was a girl i don’t know seemed a little more chatty when wearing the instant honesty. however, i’ve tried not wearing the honest and she’ll still occasionally strike up conversations, but only maybe a couple minutes. i’ve noticed her playfully grabbing my stomach and hitting me with both pheromones and and off. i’m purchasing instant honesty 4x so that i can experiment more because my 2x was a togo bottle.
The only reason I’d order IH4X would be for custom mixing with my fav cologne. Mix cologne 4:1 or 3:1 (if you want a little more kick) to Instant Honesty in an atomizer. Zap a few times and go.
I actually use concentrated chemset alpha and beta nols to mix 4:1 with my fav colognes (cheaper than IH). I have one premixed atomizer with Burberry Weekend, one with Isset Miyake Summer and another with Nautica Competition (to use with Ammo or PP). Thus I can rotate colognes while having quick access to my nols.
I do have IH2x and although it works great, I can’t tell and diff betweeb it and my homebrew nol mixes.
Chem set bottles are what LS calls there raw pheromones.
We call ours “experimones” and of course since this is Androtics site we will suggest you buy “experimones”.
Beta Androstenol, Alpha Androstenol, Androstenone, Androsterone, est, TAA, TAL, TAC, TAF, TAH (I am sure I forgot a few LOL) all fall under this category. These are used to make up your own mixes or add to your own colognes.
I’ve purchased my chemset mones from various places including LS and an unmentionable source. I have a couple Androtics experimones but they ain’t concentrated enough for mixing–more a spray 'n go type of deal. Of course you can buy them in higher concentrations I merely have the cheap ones. Really pricey once you hit higher concentrations.
You can also buy some in dry form and suspend them in your choice of carrier.
