I’m new to pheromones and have been trying them out for the past couple of weeks. A couple of times when I was wearing them, I found ladies (in the 40-50 age group) touching their nose or swiping their nostrils like they encountered a strong scent.
The first time that happened - I was wearing 2 sprays of IS, 2 sprays of Ammo and 2 drops of A314. The lady was 44 yo Caucasian who is known to me for years. She swiped her nostrils with her index finger quickly in the first few seconds she was talking to me and seemed to back up just a little bit. But she continued talking and smiling at me long after that.
The second time it happened, I was wearing 2 drops of A314, 2 sprays of IS and 1 spray of 2X IO. The lady was late 40s Caucasian whom I met for the first time. She did the same thing with the nose but she was chatting me up and smiling and even touched me towards the end on my arm when saying bye.
Both times I encountered the ladies within an hour after I applied the mones.
My question is, is the nose/nostril touching a sign of OD or was the perfume in the mones too strong for them or was it an unconscious thing?
Update: I was not wearing any other cologne or body spray on top of it except for a deodorant stick under arms. Each application was right after a shower using Dove soap.
Could be the cologne, and you’re not wearing a ton of none so that’s probably not an issue. Some people have said they have an issue with the smell of IS.
It could be that its their allergies. We had a bunch of moisture come through Vegas recently and even today I’m sneezing because of increased pollen etc.
They might have issues with fragrances in general. Some people can’t handle perfumes, detergents etc.
It could be part of primping, (you know how when a women see’s a guy of interest they make sure everything is in order in there appearance.
A swipe to the nose could just be making sure everything is looking in order there. Nothing gross hanging out or showing
An OD is when they either ignore you totally or get aggressive and cranky. You didnt OD with the mones.
If it were the scent that was to cloying they would not have hung around chatting. Plus the first lady who knew you for years probably would have commented if it was cloying.
Thanks Tisha. That helps. I believe I wasn’t OD’ing as well. Either the first whiff of the scent must have been bordering on cloying before they got used to it or they must have been primping as you say. I believe the lady who knows me would not say anything since she’s just too nice
