I know people said to vary usage and I tried. I usually give myself a spray on each wrist of instant shine for the past few day’s ive had it. I didn’t notice any looks or compliments. I must add i LOVE the smell of them.
When I went out to a bar I had a spray of ammo on each wrist and rubbed some on my neck and also noticed no unnormal reactions.
Do any of you have any extra tips for me on how to improve/test which way is best for myself? I don’t know if im using too much or too little. I worry that putting on more will make me one of those ppl that you can smell the cologne from 3 rooms away.
I would suggest you spray AMMO directly to your neck, Wrists have pulse points but there not big pheromone secreters. Have you ever had a women bury her face in your wrist? Nope we bury our face to a mans chest or neck cause that is where the natural pheromones come from.
Ishine use in hair and neck as well. Try that with the dosage you have been using first then up it a little if you need to. I have a feeling you wont and if you do it wont be much more.

Do you suggest just a straight on spray or is there some special technique, I would think to do it to the front but i hear some people say to the back as well.

Shine and ammo can be sprayed to the front. Some of the others like instant honesty for example can be sprayed to the back of the neck so you get less self-effects. When you dont want to blurt out something by mistake, but want others to be more honest with you.
Yes there is a secret technique. Before you spray you must turn the bottle upside down, rub it twice, lick the bottom and say “I am the man” 3 times and then spray. LOL …
A straight spray is good. About 6 inches away from your neck, just make sure you close your mouth when you spray bcuz it could taste pretty yucky..
You would wanna spray in the back of your neck for other products that you wouldnt want strong self effects, with instant shine, you would want all the self effects as it makes you feel really good and happy mood.
it is interesting how people are different some like smells, some do not, some work well one way, while others do not.
In my experimenting, I have found that I can wear ammo on my wrists or upper chest with similar results. sometimes I even branch out and spray it on my shoulders, when layering scents for a club or bar hopping night.
remember when going to a Bar or club, the room is bigger and smells disperse more than in your bedroom or a restaurant on a date. A stronger smell is not necessarily a bad thing in these occasions. Especially if the club is a smoking establishment, where tobacco scent is prevalent in the air. also if you are familiar with the bar, the airflow can be a help or hindrance, depending on if you are upwind of your target or not. Standing by an air duct you can get away with a little more cologne than if you are sitting in a place with no air movement. but with too much air movement your spent will not pool well enough for you to get solid hits.
wrist/forearm application is easiest to get into another person’s personal space, as you can reach past, or make other, somewhat deliberate movements to get your wrist/forearm 6-12 inches from the target’s nose. but bumping past someone getting across the room where your chest/shoulder would be closer is also easy, but not as easy in a less crowded room. Keep in mind you may be getting hits but the ladies may not be able to target where the hit is coming from.

Actually I have swirled the bottles a few times, just to make sure they were well mixed before I put them on. I am not sure that sitting for a week would allow the pheromones to separate, but it can’t hurt.
