about how much is too much? i apply 2 drops of a314 on my wrists and then rub them on the neck. i do this relatively early in the morning time.
now lets say i want to go to the gym or whatever. i come back take a shower and then reapply the same amount for the evening outings. will i overdose this way?
is a314 a good night out pheromone product or should i keep it for daytime use only?
also how long exactly does a314 last? is a one time a day use or should you reapply?
personally, i do that too and I don’t OD but I suggest you wash it properly to avoid buid up in the long run.

When you use pheros over a long period of time even when you wash does it have a build up effect? i.e. if I were to use it every day, would it be stronger say a month later?
personally i don’t encounter build up effect after almost a year of use. i use it almost everyday.
it is recommended by MHarris to not using it for 1 or 2 days in a week to avoid build up.
pheromones can be washed by good soap or good body shampoo.
the effect of A314 would be the same over time. it is just that, the people you see everyday maybe accustomed to it. it is like people will appreciate you if you treat them well. after some time, they may have accustomed to it and may not mention the appreciation.
