I’m going to purchase Ammunition but can’t decide what strenght, regular or double strenght. Being that I’m 50 years old would it benefit me to get the double or start off with regular strenght, and am interested in trying A314 but at 10 or 15 ml? I’m currently using the instants line and want to explore other phero options. Thanks for your help and got to give props for such a great support forum! 
Do you like colognes? Ammo is mixed in a cologne. You can get the effect of double strength with single strength, by using twice the number of sprays. Of course, the cologne smell will be stronger then too.
The appropriate dosage depends on your own physiology, and must be found by experiment. I suggest starting out with a small to-go size of regular strength and seeing what it does with small and larger doses. When you have an idea what it does you can make an informed choice on your next purchase.
Some of the women have posted that men tend to overdo things, and that sometimes less is more with certain pheremones.
Thats my concern about having to go with 2 shots of regular and be that “cologne smelling guy”, but then your right about finding that what works for me thru trial and error.
No the cologne is only about 10% of a full strength cologne so it doesn’t do that. Androtics was very thorough when they created it. Specifically for your point. 2 sprays of the bottle would equate to 20% of a full cologne spray. Pretty Nifty Huh?
Also take into consideration the to go bottle has a smaller atomizer (smaller bottle) so you’re only getting 83.732712754832174583275432% of a full size bottle spray.

I have a different take on this – my understanding is that cologne is 10% to 20% ‘fragrance molecules’ and the balance is alcohol, while perfume is always at least 20% to 30% fragrance, and “Eau de cologne” is 12% to 17% and has 10% distilled water in addition to alcohol.
So with 10% neroli, you could use up to three sprays and still be in the cologne-perfume range.

So my understanding why Androtics sells double strenght is if you find your “spot” like 3 or 4 sprays then its would only be 1 or 2 sprays of double strenght. Does same apply to A314 at 10 or 15ml bottles?
No, I think the A314 10/15 ml is purely a packaging issue concerning quantity, not concentration.
I got 4x Instant Honesty for example – it’s more convenient to spray once on the back of my neck than it is to spray four times. If I want less concentration, I can fill half of a to-go vial with the 4x IH and then add formulator’s alcohol.
You can dilute the product (and dilute the fragrance, too) but you can’t concentrate it. That’s the decision that’s personal.
Androtics only charges 50% more for double strength Instant Shine than for single strength. No doubt the price break considers the raw material cost but gives you some benefit for reduced labor (carefully measuring 2x of pheros takes just as long as measuring 1x) and less neroli, and the cost of only one bottle instead of two … making one bottle of double strength costs less than making two bottles of single strength.
I’m in your age range, and I’d still suggest starting out with the lower pheromone concentrations, especially on androstenone products. It can be a tricky pheromone, and a little can indeed go a long way. Plus I personally think it’s a bit “over rated.”
I DO think that Ammo has enough of a cologne scent that double the sprays CAN be overwhelming scent-wise. I find that even 2 sprays of the To Go size can be noticable (I’ve had comments on it from others even at that “low” an application).
If you want to experiment with androstenone, you may want to consider getting the straight androstenene, or maybe Turn Up The Heat (but I might recommend you check with jasmin on what scent package to put with it). You can always do some Ammo, then add a bit of extra androstenone “to taste.”
Ammo by itself is a good choice however. Give the To Go size a shot to see if you like the cologne scent, and see how well it works. A “regular” dose is about 3 sprays. That works out to about 4 To Go sized sprays. Adjust up or down and see what happens.
A314 seems to work well as a androstenone “bad effects” moderator. You may also want to consider To Go’s of Openness, Honesty, IFM if you haven’t already. These “social” pheromones may do more for you than the “sexual” one. I’ve found that at my age group preferences (about 35 on up) , women already know what they like (or don’t like)… Often not much “extra help” is needed after the intros. Content of character is more important.
