It’s nice to be posting here, nice to ask help from girls…
I’m going to need pheros for my girlfriend without her knowing what it is. Just “new scent to try out”.
And here is the situation and the question :
She’s paraplegic, and as we want to have a baby, she’s taking medication down to avoid problems for the future newborn.
The problem is that with far less medication, she’s got almost constant contractions with her legs, which prevents her from sleeping well most of the time, and changes her behavior to negative points of view on more and more things.
So I’d like to find some pheros to relax her and see the good side of life (even though she’s on a wheelchair, she knows how to have fun sometimes), for everyday life.
Instant Shine hasn’t really worked well (when I had it on myself). Instant Female Magic for men works quite well, but not long enough.
Well, I ain’t a girl, but… P74? it’s a nice, happy, “chilled” molecule in my experience.
P93 was also, as I recall, talked about as an alternative to A1 because of this female-specific effect (though I had a great time myself wearing it - I had a mad grin on my face all the time - I must have got in touch with my feminine side or something - and I can’t say that A1 affects me in any way, good or bad)
I’m quite intrigued by Steve’s thread on P104, though I haven’t tried it myself, it sounds like an awesomely fun pheromone:
Well, I am a girl. Along with ntk’s great advice, I’m going to suggest MX135. It’s a very attractive lively, soft, feminine mix. Most of the ladies love it and feel so good wearing it. It’s one of my absolute favorites and I believe it’s #1 in the poll that Tisha put up. We call it the Superstar mix.
I don’t know about the other ladies but I find P83 very relaxing. For me it’s similar in feel to IFM. It, also, has a tendency to break down the walls a bit and make people less inhibited. Though I don’t like/enjoy it at too high a dose. That means 5-15mcg for me, depending on the circumstances. So, take that for what it’s worth.
And here’s another link…Tisha’s latest report on P96. I think you’ll find it interesting, I did.
Oh, while I’m here. This may not be something you’ve considered or are interested in but I want to throw it out while I’m thinking about it.
There are a couple of common nutritional supplements that are great for promoting relaxation. Calcium Citrate and Magnesium. Calcium is known to help with restless leg syndrome/cramping and magnesium is known for muscle relaxation. Popular opinion has it that they go best together in a 2:1 ratio of Calcium to Magnesium. Also taking Vitamin D supplements goes a long way to a brighter mood. There are other natural supplements to help with sleep, mood lifting and such. SAMe and Melatonin come to mind. Things like Chamomile, Passion Flower and Valerian teas are excellent for promoting sleep. I’m sure you could discuss this with her doctor to see if it would be acceptable.
There are some lovely and very knowledgeable people on the forum who are well versed in such things. I know they would be happy to help with suggestions if you’re interested. If you’d like I can direct them to this thread.
