Well. I was entering my 20’s when I was first here and now I am in my mid 20’s coming back.
I have some old stuff but I am not sure if it is even good anymore. It includes an IJ which was really good mixed with A314 which I got half of that left. I have a near empty IG, and a custom mix that I need to find the details of in my post history. I am unsure if any of this is good for accurate reporting anymore due to aging
I have a small order placed to use some familiar stuff for now that I can see being useful in situation I am in now with IH in a to-go being the only thing I am not familiar with. From others experiences, how much do these work different as your age and chemistry changes? It’s like I am familiar with trying these but re learning a lot of this again.
Welcome back! A LOT has changed in the past 5 years. There are some great people here, still, though and a lot of super reporting.
I was already old when I started using these, so I can’t help with that question, but there are some good guys your age around who can probably help you.
IMO, the main thing you would need to do after a long break like that is to retest to find your current sweet spot/dose range for your products - Both for yourself and for the people around you as our phero signature and response constantly changes with age, so doses/proportions that were good for you at 20, may need a bit of tweaking at 25.
Off the cuff, my guess would be that five years-on, you will probably be able to use Androstenone products like TUTH and IJ more effectively, more overtly and in higher dose in a wider range of situations because your natural production has settled down a bit.
IG might seem more of a social/status product because of its lighter steering and you are coming into the age range where A314 will probably really start to pay dividends in a wider range of situations because its maturity is much more congruent with your age and women are beginning to tune-in to it on a wider range of attractive/status levels compared to younger women, who can be more hit or miss.
The products should still be good - Pheros last a long time if stored well. And your nose will probably tell you if they have gone-off. Expect to get a sour/sweaty smell if that has happened. Otherwise, dark storage is probably more important than anything else as light will degrade the pheros quicker than age. There may be some slight discolouring of MXs from the scent/solvent components but this does not greatly affect performance unless its very dark and stinking.
Hi there Climax, i’m in the same boat. I was quite involved with the forum around 2007-2011, then i took a long break. I still have a lot of stuff like Original Ammo 30ml bought in 2008 with the Nautica type scent. Also an IS and a314 from 2008 with about 1/3rd left. I still have some half-used to go MXs from 2010/2011 like mx113, 103, 102, 149, 150, 302, 292 etc. but suspect they’ve all gone off and have mostly evaporated. Wondering if the original AMMO would still work or have morphed into some weird creature lol…That vintage of Ammo was golden. Havent been able to replicate the same results with subsequent scent versions.
If they have been stored in the dark they should be OK.
Slight discoloration is tolerable and if they have gone off, the musty/sharp/rancid scent is pretty obvious - although that’s not been a big problem with Ad products Ime
