Now I figure since we have different body chemistry this probably isn’t redundant. I’ll start with my favorite
AMMO-
Ammo is my favorite because it is the easiest to use. Anybody around high-school age should go to this product first. It does everything. It has a respect effect like a mini-a314, but is far more sexually suggestive to girls without being overbearing. Guys like you more, girls are more attracted to you and open up to you more, it is not a huge problem if you use one spray too many, it smells pretty good, there are millions more reasons.
And the self-effects. Such an amazing confidence boost it puts IS to shame.
But basically, if I could choose only one pheromone to have, it is ammo. It is also the only pheromone I have had really, truly desirable results with solo. Everything else needs something to go with it.
Breakdown: an easy to use product that covers all your needs for social interactions in a well-balanced mix.
A314-
Brilliant. Why?
Rone is such a great pheromone for our age group, and A314 is primarily androsterone. Respect from guys and attraction/comfort towards girls.
Oil lasts really long and is not overbearing in a mix so it works great when laid with more sexual pheromones
Too many of us at our age have trouble being respected and getting heard. A314 solves that problem for you. And the best thing about it is that it gets better as you use it more. First week of A314 saw very little for me, a month later I know wearing A314 is a recipe for a good day. Everyone will treat me with respect and want me to like them. It’s just awesome.
Self effects are similar to ammo, but ammo is louder. A314 gives me a very calm collected understanding that anything I want to make happen I can, ammo makes me want to shout it from the rooftops that I’m the greatest.
Instant shine doesn’t do much for me in the way of self effects, which is interesting because that is how it was advertised. It used to make me giddy for a little while and then fade, now it does very little. But it is indispensable. It’s like salt in cooking- just a tiny bit of salt is necessary so it doesn’t taste flat. IS pulls everything together so perfectly and makes it all just that little bit better, unless you are going for your mix to be more boring and serious for whatever reason. I honestly can’t think of a time when I’d leave it out purposefully- only to save my precious IS.

Turn up the heat, instant honesty, and A1
This product has rapidly become my second favorite. Unlike ammo, it doesn’t get you respect/likeability hits from guys, and in fact guys might feel a little less welcome around you, which boots it to second place. But it has huge, huge advantages with girls. It seems to be a mood booster that’s even better than TAA for everyone- on par with a rone/none combo for men. But it does a lot more than that. I have found it to be versatile in terms of effects on women. It is great for daytime and nighttime. It also is one of the most powerful pheromones in terms of what its actual effects are- androstadienone is the most widely accepted pheromone to have actual effects by the scientific community.
What it does for women is… everything. It attracts them to you, makes them feel very comfortable around you, makes them have less doubts about doing anything with you, and puts them in a great mood for a more enjoyable atmosphere. The effects are not very noticeable- I get few “hits” with a1, especially compared to instant honesty or turn up the heat. However, still waters run deep. I have noticed that if you wear it a lot you will notice girls start to crush on you. It’s pretty sweet, and it adds a lot to either of my staple mixes (ammo+a314+IS or ammo+tuth+2xIH+2xIS)
I would buy A1 but I would rather experiment with the main line products here at AD first I really want to try IG.

I need to test this more extensively, but I have found that 10 mcgs behind each ear (20 mcgs in total), gives me a subtle focus. I don’t all of a sudden notice anything weird except my vision goes fuzzy for a couple seconds. But it is there. It’s like, when you sit down to write, it is very difficult to get yourself to stay there until you get in the zone and you don’t want to leave. TAF just puts me straight in the zone and I can get so much done. It really can be very, very useful.
I have also heard great things about using a very tiny bit of it to enhance a mix, I’ll have to try just putting on some residue or something as I have it in 10 mcgs per spray.
I usually do 1 or 2 a314+2 AMMO+3 IS
With the other mixes I do one spray of each

P74: The penultimate social
P74 is my favorite social pheromone. It seems like a tiny bit of every social in one. The aloof, lovable confidence of IS, the communication of IO, the trust of IH, and the cool-guy aspect of IG. All these effects are present but less strong than in their individual products- and they essentially combine into making you the ultimate cool-guy. Everybody gets along with you better, girls and guys alike, but it is not a sexual pheromone by any means. I find it is best for man-to-man friendship building. If you are ever having a bro sesh, wear it at around 20 mcgs with maybe some IS thrown in. Guaranteed awesome time. Which is not to put it down by any means for getting girls. While it doesn’t make them attracted to you, it certainly makes your job a lot easier as they like you more as a person. All you need to do is throw in another molecule to keep a sexual undercurrent going and remind em you’re not just a friend
I finally tried it today with some none after having great results with it and A1. I wore a single spray of ammo with 20 mcgs of p74 (can you tell that’s my sweet spot) and it’s a great school mix. Not too sexual, but the androstenone and androsterone keeps your signature manly enough for some definite flirting and fun vibe that is still totally cool for school. From others’ reports I can see why p83 could work well with it, but I haven’t noticed very much from p83 to be honest. I’ll have to test it some more once I get done playing with p74
