Unfortunately I’ve been without the internet for a few weeks so I haven’t been able to relay any of my recent testing… but here is the most interesting one of late…
I went out with my best friend for a few beers one night a week or so ago and decided to try a little:
A314a spray (one to neck and one between forearms)
ICM 2.0 (one to back of neck and one to backs of forearms)
Everything seemed to be rather quiet that evening and we were just hanging out bitching about the wives and kids and things while enjoying the occasional flirty 20 something. And that is what turned out to be the issue.
There was a small group of girls that were giving us smiles and some IOIs over a period of 20-30 minutes. We were largely ignoring them but weren’t dicks about it. One girl in particular was trying hard to get my attention… and I guess her boyfriend didn’t like that, even though it turned out he was hanging with his buddies and ignoring her. Once he noticed her basically staring at me i guess he let the booze and bravado get the best of him as he got right in our faces and began trying to goad me into a fight . We were outnumbered by at least 4 guys and getting our asses kicked was not on the agenda. As we were trying to defuse the situation it got truly strange.
Another group of guys proceeded to stand up behind us (without our initial knowledge) as our backup. It was then the bartender got involved and told the boyfriend to point blank “take off and don’t bother coming back. You’re a dick and I’m tired of your high school bullshit. And you never tip for shit.” Obviously this guy was a regular that wore out his welcome while we had never been there before.
We ended up having a ball with our new “friends” after the boyfriend left with the girls (who ended up coming back about an hour later by the way). And proceeded barely paying for a drink the rest of the night.
Long story short:
I believe the pheromones were attracting the female attention while intimidating the boyfriend and impressing the guys and bartender. It really is interesting how perceptions can differ so radically when exposed to the same pheromones.
