I notice you not getting effects with only 2 and 3 sprays.
I’m guessing that since your older you will need more sprays. I’d suggest if you don’t want the scent to be too strong to get your products at 2x or 4x strength.
I know even 2 sprays of the neroli scent is too much for me. That’s why I switched to grapefruit and cookie. They smell sooooo good 
I guess I’m reacting differently now that I’m using them on almost a daily basis. And so I’m happy to report, I don’t seem to need as much as I thought. So catching up from last week and yesterday.
Dose: IS 2X chest and hair 2 sprays, P74 wrists 2 sprays

Effect on Others: Conversation really took off after a few minutes. One of the liveliest discussion we’ve had in awhile. The woman sitting next to me kept directing the conversation by turning her body around so as to really include me. Woman across from me made alot of eye contact and quoted me several times during the talk. I managed to set everyone laughing hysterically a couple of times and this really doesn’t happen very often so I had a good time.
Dose:MX274 one spray to wrist, IO 2X one spray to other wrist, rub both together let dry and cover with PS because I really don’t like MX274 scent after it dries. Very windy dry day so I think it was diffusing twice as fast as usual.
Self-Effect: mild uplift despite scent, nothing while alone but then oh oh
Environment: paying bill at storage facility, I’m friendly with the manger and we started chatting per usual. Guy is very friendly but this time I got carried away and ended up talking my head off about nothing until other customers came in. The guy is gay so there’s no sexual attraction there but we’ve become acquainted over the years. But I really felt I lost control today. Lucky for me I didn’t have IH on or I might have said something I would’ve regretted. Also lucky that it seemed to wear off very quickly, about an hour.
IO needs to be watched carefully. If I don’t talk first, strangers don’t start chatting but if I start, conversation can happen. Only problem, I may lose it and the MX274 seems to add to the effect. Not sure I like this combo on me.
