Hi all, so I’ve heard a couple people talk about really loving the scent of the pheromones, particularly ammo and tuth. For the later is see two options, one unscented, and the other neroli, which is a common ingredient in fougere colognes.
So my question is if the unscented has a scent, just not a added one, and if so, what type/class/description of odor you’d say it falls under?
Second, does anyone know if the neroli has more? I’m used to it being a secondary incredient with sandalwood or bergamot, not being the main show, and am uncertain what IT smells like. So ya, any thought from technical to honest descriptive spit balls
of what you think it smells like…all appreciated.
If by unscented, you mean Stealth, then yes, it has a vestigial scent, sort-of watermellon-like but very, very faint indeed. Despite that, it is a good diffuser and does a reasonable job of keeping the phero breakdown smalls in check, although for anything containing Androstenone, I would still suggest you use a cover.
When starting out with Ammo or TUTH, I would strongly suggest you stick to the standard scents, Blue Summer for Ammo, or Neroli for TUTH as they are good diffusers and covers. Neroli itself is a light orange blossom scent that settles pretty light after half an hour or so and can be covered by just about any cologne - it can also be used over a good number of sprays without getting too strong, so its easier to find your dose range.
Going fully unscented is a bad idea when starting out as you will need to mix your own scent/diffusion package or the mones will not diffuse at all well from your skin and there will be nothing to control the scent of the mones themselves, which can be ubpleasant to some, even before breakdown starts.
I like both the stealth and Neroli. With say TUTH, Ammo, or IG I would consider Neroli as the pheromones in these will have a natural scent that some can pick up right away.
I am a bigger fan of the Neroli just cause I can control the scent separate and I have the choice of my cover scent. Really it is up to you, Neroli covers really easy also, so you still have the option of using a cover with this one to.
I would like to hear more on some of your goals and what you would like to achieve with pheromones like your age, married or dating or anything that would help us in making sure you are at least researching the right ones for you.
