Servings: does 200 sprays per full bottle mean the 5ml or the 30ml bottle?

Having looked at the various products, i noticed that IO and so on were in 5ml bottles with 30ml bottles stated as special requests. Lower down it was stated that a full bottle had 200 sprays.
I was wondering if 200 sprays referred to the 5ml bottles or the 30 ml bottles.

Bottles are in mL. However 5 mL has approx 40 sprays and 30 mL has approx 200
