I am a totally newbie to mones, so I need some help and suggestions from you
I have a date next Wednesday with a Italian woman, age 33. We never met before, just online contact. My problem is that I am rather an insecure person, and so is she, -> very very shy. But I think that’s why we are liking each other
Now luckily my first mones order (IS, IH, Ammo, TUTH, A314, P83) arrived today and I wonder what would work best to help me/us a little bit on our first date. I thought about IS, IH, and P83?
I am not sure about A314. Does this not reflect total “alpha-male” status? Because this does not reflect my personality at all. So I wonder if I should add it or not. Will it help me? Or rather “fake” something?
And what about using TUTH for the first date? Too much?

As you’re both shy it’s essential to break the ice immediately after meeting - if not it’s gonna be a date with a lot of awkward silences. So I would wear something light and approachable. IO comes to mind, but as you don’t have it I would go with a simple Ammo + IS mix. IH can be added too, but in my opinion it is too deep for a first date. If you feel you have bonded already a lot through the internet, IH is suitable.
Would steer away from TUTH and P83 for your first date. A314 is good at your age, but if you feel you can’t pull off the vibe it gives off don’t use it and just experiment with it a bit first.

I will use it tomorrow, then go out and observe how I and others will react to it.
If I feel that it will help and that I can handle it, I will use it on the date, if not I will try to get used to it after the date.

Yes, lighter, more balanced and social/feelgood mones look to be more the thing for you here.
Both your ages do make TUTH/A314 combinations viable but if shyness/reticence is an issue, I would strongly suggest you leave-off them for now, at least until you are both much more comfortable with each other. A314 does have an excellent trunting vibe but its steering molecules can make it a bit daunting/serious on a shy guy and I have fownd that women with social anxiety issues can be overwhelmed by it in all the wrong ways.

Yeah I had a very similar experience with A314. When first tried tried the spray it hit me instantly. Totally over-the-top bullet proof confidence in a good way. When I tested the oil for the first time at 2 drops, I felt dark, gloomy and aggressive. Gave me a headache too. Now my sweetspot is 1 drop, no negative side-effects. You definitely have to adjust to the oil.
