Hi,
When I use AMMO,
I feel very tired and want to sleep. Of course I know i have to use instant series.

but is ammo’s this side effect shown of yourself ?

Are you tired while you wear Ammo or after ?

either after of after 1 hours.

I know there was a post by tisha and also one by radman about keeping yout NT’s up. Search for it, you might get lucky, it’s about 1.5-2 months ago if you wanna search.

But really the jist is:

  • Eat Healthy
  • Keep active
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Stay hydrated (caffine bad, water good)
  • Take a multi vitamin
  • Avoid too much alcohol consumption

Sounds about right.

Plus, do all those things, and you would hardly need Pheros at all! It’s amazing how much people (especially over here in America) can’t seem to follow basic health guidelines. Good for the people that do, though, because being healthy doesn’t just make you feel better, you ARE better!
