So anybody else stuck at home with this snow storm?
We got hit Sat. with 21 inches of snow and today another 20 inches so far. I would say that would be more than 2 years of snow fall total. Global warming, WHAT!!!
Here in Holland we have like just 1 or 2 inches
Whoa, and I thought we were bad with 5 inches of snow, I can’t even begin to imagine 20!
Still I long for springtime! Oh what I would not do for the scent of hyacinths, the twittering of birds and the feeling of warm sunshine of my skin.
And crusing my brommer

Back when I was in uni I would bike (pedal) year round - we generally get around 40 inches of snow annually.
Up here if it is snowing it means its relatively warm out - When you look outside in January and there isn’t a cloud in the sky it means watch out for the -40 degree + windchill weather

But I’m scared of falling.
Falling is no biggy in the winter… it’s all ice and I’m all bundled up - Doesn’t hurt nearly as much as bailing in the summer.
And cars give me a full lane space when passing instead of the couple of inches I get in the summer.

Yes we are.
So far this month we have 74 inches of snow. Monday more snow and guess what Weds. too. We have broke the record for total snow in Feb. and if not all month’s!
I should have went to see my buddy in Brazil and would have too… If I didn’t have to put out $5000 for a rebuilt engine for my car.
Riding a bike is a lot cheaper. Unless someone rides off with it. TAXI!!

I think we got 22 inches but with the wind who really knows. I went out shoveled and a few hours later looks like I did nothing.
The thing that really sucks is as I was digging my end of my driveway out and they pushed more back in as I watched them block me in again! I am talking about 3+ feet of hard as* snow to move again. Not fun!
haha well not exactly, Im away from home at college in NC and we just got rain. I got friends and fam at home saying school will be out for the next week. Shoveling my drive way would have been very, very exhausting.

Last time we had a 20 inch + snow me and abuddy drove around saving people… it was fun (people in Winnipeg don’t stop driving around for that kind of snow)
Maybe we should all bring our sundresses or shorts and go to jakes house for a big ol Pherotalk BBQ surprise party…

done and done… I will say this though it hasn’t been quite warm enough yet to hang out by the pool which is disappointing
