HELLO im 18 and i have a regular bottle of ammo anda togo bottle of instantshine-- how much should i apply? i want to put them both on.

I started using ammo when i was 19, and i found even 1 spray was enough. I also used shine sometimes with ammo 2 sprays shine, 1 spray ammo. if you dont get anything after like 2 or 3 trys then try 2 sprays of ammo. Hope this helps. 
P.s: i apply to my throat and back of neck
I suggest you run with this advice, plus it’s just about the same advice you will get from everyone on here because really application points equals pulse points. The dosages is something you figure out by yourself by working your way up until you see results.
