I am completely new to mones. I read a few posts in the forum and realized that I could use some help. I am mainly looking for something to help me at my workplace. I seem to lack confidence and people pick up on this and it has become difficult for me to get ahead in my career because of this. Also I am not able to attract any attention in a gathering or social setting and influence people so that I become more visible. By nature I am a bit of a shy person and I hate it. At work place I am very comfortable with people who are are my level or below my level in the org. when it comes to people above me I am not able to freely move with them and this is seen as a deterrent for my career improvement.
