Spaceland for Sleeping?

I recently received spaceland as a free gift in a recent order and up until now wasn’t interested in the product. I thought is only caused spaceiness and made people out there. Then I read that it can help you sleep, I’ve always had sleeping problems. I’ve a college student interning right now so a 8-5 job is tough to get to sleep for around here and thought this might help. Thoughts? Where should I apply it? How much?

I have a 30ml bottle of Spaceland that I bring out occasionally for the parties but for the most part I use it to help me sleep. I just spritz one spray to my throat and that generally is all I need. My ex GF used it a few times to help her sleep (I snore) and she preferred it on her wrists because she sleeps with her hands by her nose.

I’d say experiment with one spray and see how it works from there.

Is the throat the best place to apply, I have also heard the pillow?

I would not advise putting it on the pillow. The scent is very strong and will linger for days if you do that. Throat’s OK if you’re looking for self effects and you only need 1 spray.

What he said! I don’t always LOVE the smell of Spaceland and even putting it on me instead of my pillow, I’ll smell it sometimes on my pillow (until I wash it again).

Realize reactions to heavy doses of alpha nol vary greatly. A more typical reaction is becoming a crazied fast talkin’ airhead. Others become perky and wide eyed. So test carefully before an important sleepover.

I like Spaceland for sleepytime. I spray some on my forearms since my arms are near my face when I sleep. I can’t say that it puts me to sleep, but I find the scent soothing.

i spray 2-4 sprays every few nights. at higher doses it sometimes makes me want to laugh at first, but overall it mainly relaxes me.

you may want to see a doctor though or figure out a way to relax enough to fall asleep. other options I’ve tried that have worked include melatonin and herbal tinctures. good luck

Melatonin usually works well for me. The key to a good slumber is to avoid eating late–especially rich foods or those rife with chemical preservatives–shunning stimulating drinks and having a good workout earlier in the day. And clearing your damn mind before hitting the hay.

And here I thought Spaceland would be those sleeping pills I’ve always wanted to try out because sleeping in freshman dorms is oh so painful. Oh well, one more reason not to shell out for it and to cut off my bloody ears off of my body.

You could get some good earplugs and an eye cover. I’d also try spaceland 1-2 sprays can make me more relaxed but go for a to go to save money
