A bit off topic here, but I had that same problem myself a few years back. The main thing that worked for me was Omega 3 Fatty Acids from Fish Oil, especially DHA (the high EPA formulas don’t work as well for me). Yea it sounds weird but they are consistenly effective at reducing temper and making you think more before you say/write something. The standard Western diet has a far higher Omega 6:Omega 3 ratio then what is considered optimal by many health experts so I think for most people Fish Oil either should be supplemented or low mercury fish eaten (like Sardines) regularly. Plus I understand you are part Norwegian? - well your ancestors most probably would have had plenty of fish in their diet…
Also there are plenty of studies on the effects of Fish Oil on reducing hostility/aggressive behaviour.
Below is me with my sharp tongue
a while back on LS - I am not proud of the post but it just makes a point of how well it has controlled my ‘tongue’ as I generally come across as ‘even tempered’
nowadays.
Alpha behaviour is cool but overreacting isn’t lol…

who are you calling a newbie? I received my first hit from mones on March 31, 2003 and have used them often since then, bar a few months. You can check with Bruce as to how many times I have bought from LSI only really started posting and giving occassional advice on this forum in December 2004. In fact I was a regular reader of LS for 1.5 years before I started posting… when did you start using mones gfunk?
As for your implication that I made a ‘strange assumption’ well I thought that A1 could be causing some kind of negative effect on my boss - I actually started this thread with that post… well now we are actually seeing posts that A1 could possibly cause negative behaviour in men around you…
If it wasnt for this thread and ‘my strange assumptions’ newbies would have been reading up on threads in the past few months praising A1 and thought ‘hehe I will splash the A1 on without any possible negative effects.’

If this really was the case you would have read about it in here already. As far as I know, the A1 is known to in some cases *have possible negative effects on men, not because of the Androstenone conversion, but because of the Androstadienone itself.

I have had good to great reactions from the product (A1) from women. The only problem I was having was with my boss and a few male coworkers not being as friendly like I stated. They were still good just not great like before…
When Icehawk said that ‘so far only two betas I know close seem to react negatively to it? Rest are indifferent’, I got the impression that by ‘reacting negatively to it’ could be an A-none type reaction particularly given the fact that it was betas and not alphas who were reacting negatively. A1 is known to convert to some A-none at least partially…
In any case I was going to post that my theory of partial conversion to A-none was just that a theory and it could well be that A1 was causing the negative reactions…
However you beat me to it and jumped on my second post in this thread gfunk..
Cheers!
