So i ordered AMMO and IShine and i was wondering what are some good spots to place them on?
Which are good spots to spray like normal wear, and good spots during parties and clubs.
I understand that the neck, behind the ears, wrist, back of hands, chest, and hair are places to spray, but i want to know where should i put AMMO and where to spray IShine.

Don’t spray ammo on clothes or hair, it contains androstenone and -none is hard to get rid of.
Other than that, I don’t think that there’s really any place that’s better than another to spray a particular pheromone. I think in a crowded club, say, chest would be good because you’ll have women in close proximity and your chest/neck will be at roughly nose level. In a more open environment, maybe wrists, especially if you are making gestures with your hands during a conversation. Think about how close people will be to you and how much you need the pheros to spread. Also how much you want to be affected by your own pheros.

Also keep in mind that if you wash your hands alot and don’t remember you sprayed on wrists, you can wash them off. That’s why I usually spray them a little higher than the wrists, onto my hands 
What spot do think is most affective … outside wrist or inside wrist?
I’ve read and tend to agree with, spraying socials on the extremities, like forearms and inside of the elbows. Everything else to the chest or neck area. I’m almost OCD with the hand washing, so the back of the hand is a waste for me.
