Is it okay to spray pheromones on top of each other and overlap them? I’ve been getting hits by spraying pheromones on my forearm and I just wanted to see if was okay to spray on top without blocking the effects of other pheromones. One has only so much room on the arms.
Yes, quite ok to spray any of the sprays over each other. See this thread:
The only thing to avoid is spraying over A314 oil (or any other phero oil) or vice versa, as this can utterly wreck diffusion.
Further to that, if its any help - I tend to work by applying the none/status pheros from the neck/throat areas out and the socials from the wrist/forearms in. Think on how an interaction builds.
And I don’t know how many times now I’ve had a woman pay pay particular attention to my none app points in bed - So its nice if they are somewhere suitably erogenous! 
I generally try to spray in different areas, but if you allow the first layer to dry first there shouldn’t be any problems.
Last night I sprayed 4 IS on my under-forearm 1 ammo and 1 IG on each forearm and 1 ammo and 1 IG on the neck. Got some hits. I’m thinking about maybe 2 ammo and 2 IG on the forearm to see if anything happens. Hopefully 4 ammo and 4 IG isn’t too much. The most ammo I’ve done is 3 (I’m 22).
You would be better to sweet spot the Ammo and IG individually before combining them - that way you wouldn’t have to hope about anything being too much - instead you would have a far better idea of your effective dose and how each worked on their own and in combination.

if youre talking about building interaction , i assume youre talking about meeting someone new? while interacting the first thing that hits her is the social pheros on your wrists ?
Can i conclude that you want her to get hit by the socials first ? correct me if im wrong

Might it be a good idea to change the none to my wrists and the socials to my neck area then ? or to layer a sociol on top of my none on the neck area ?

I would tend to layer the socials more towards the neck but still keep some on the extremities to help when she is not so close.
I would still tend to keep most of the none around my neck/throat because I have found that it seems to anchor the sig and diffusion best.
What about it rubbing off from the wrist when you make contact with somethong, as with changing shirts for instance?
Keep your sleeves rolled/pulled-up for the first few minutes after application. This lets the pheros fix on your skin properly and rubbing off seems insignificant after that.
