I ordered it and just received it and wanted your take on it! The small CC swiper is attached to my Android phone’s Headset plug…
Square’s card processing fees are simply:
2.75% for swiped transactions
3.5% + 15¢ for keyed-in transactions
Nope but I’ve seen a lot about it. Let me know how it works cause I am definitely curious 
I setup my bank account on it and am waiting for the verification process to complete…
I’ll be sent 2 small deposits and one debit for the same amount and I’ll be asked to enter the two deposit amounts on the Squareup secure website…
The Iphone app looks easy to use… though, I’m thinking, how do I give a receipt of the transaction?!?
I guess I’ll figure this stuff out as I go along… i’ll let you’all know…

I have been using square for some time now, and its great.
You can send receipts by email. If the person you are charging does not have email, I keep one of those little receipt booklets and give them a carbon copy, and make sure they sign it too!!!
Its perfect when you make bets with your buddies and nobody has cash, LOL!
@ sugarsnap - Do you ever have any lag in getting a transaction completed? I’ve run a few cards already and this is the first time it lagged for a while, then, complete… wondering if that’s normal for you…
Overall, this squareup thing works good!
@ 1Alpha, I use my square device for several transactions daily, and at first on some of my transactions it was pretty slow while my phone was in 3G mode, but when I started using it in 4G, transactions were a snap. don’t know if that really had anything to do wit it but, that’s how it works for me!!!
