I’ve not heard ICM used in the context of mones. ICM was coined in military and aerospace fields in reference to intercontinental missiles (like Dr. Strangelove’s wild ride). Maybe some monehead wrote “dis Primal ass shit ain’t juz da bomb. Ah waz launchin’ loads ‘n dem bitches so fly mah dick waz ah freakin’ ICM 'o love.”
