Talking to Prospective Employers

Hey all I’d like to ask everyone for some advice.

Tomorrow I’ll be dropping of an application for a job that means a lot to me and I’ve put a lot of work into. I’ll hopefully be personally handing it to the head of HR is who is also the contact for the job application.

I was wondering what of my stash do you think I should wear? It’s a very casual office in the entertainment industry so although A314 was first to come to mind, I’m thinking maybe I should apply one drop instead of my usual two. Also, the HR person is a woman.

I’m a big believer that people make decisions about other people based on first impressions and although I might be interacting with the person for less an minute, I’m going to make sure I’m spick and span!

I’m not hoping for the mones to do the all the work but I certainly would prefer to be wearing a nice mix when I drop it of rather than nothing at all.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Depends on your sweet spot.

Buuuuuuut

If I were you, 1:1:1 ratio of A314 + IH + IS

That’s what I used for one interview.

My other I just used straight up A314.

Another could be from what I see you have…

2 drops A314, 1 sprays IH, and 1 spray P74.

edit heres another
1-2 sprays IG, 1-2 sprays IH, and 1 spray of Shine2x all depending on how much IG you like to wear

You know, I’ve actually been in a similar position and while I wouldn’t hesitate to use A314 in this situation, there is a chance that you could come across as being “arrogant” and give the impression that “you think too much of yourself”.

If you are meeting prospective employers (for the first time), I would perhaps go for 2 sprays IG and a spray or 2 of IS.

Well those people weren’t even in the office and never contacted me which is a shame.

A few weeks ago I went to an interview wearing 2 x IG and 2 X IS. The interviewer and I concluded that my future goals didn’t really suit the company. But she was so impressed that she sent my CV onto another employer whom arranged an interview with me. Wore the same again to the interview with the new employer and it went really well. I could tell by the way the interviewer was speaking towards the end that she had already chosen me. The day after, she called me and told me that I got the job

Thanks for the tips everyone. The next few weeks should be a lot of fun as I’ll testing my collection at work. I’m looking forward to it as the vast majority of my testing has been socially. I’ll be sure to update my diary.

Congratulations!!! What field of employment will you be working in?

ODG

Thanks. It’s the film industry. It’s been shit in the past year but in since Feb it seems to be picking up and everyone is hiring again.
