I see you use pregnenolone - I’ve just started using it for a high cortisol issue (see ‘women prefer the odors of men with high cortisol levels post’)
Does it give you headaches? I had to back off after just 3 days.
I was aiming to run a more informal/anecdotal experiement to see if my natural phero signature went down if/when I reduce my high cortisol levels wafter using pregnenolone.
Anyway, back tot he thread - I’m gonna dig out my bottle of MEO-EST and get sniffin tomorrow morning. Will report back
