It has sort of been brought to my attention that my comments on this forum may have rubbed some members up the wrong way and i have got an idea that overall i am not an altogether well liked personage. But i sincearly believe that everyone deserves a choice. No one is asking you to leave terry. We may disagree with, or even dislike what someone has to say (or how they say it), but that doesn’t necessarily reflect how we feel about the poster…at least it shouldn’t anyway. This is a very diverse community of posters, each with different lifestyles and experiences that reflect in the ideas we post. Disagreements are bound to happen…but as long as they’re handled maturely and respectfully, there’s no reason to take it personally.

I am not trying to act superior. Even when i am wearing my A314 i am still doing my best to be humble and empathetic towards others. Defending yourself is fine, if personally attacked by someone here, but initiating aggression/mental violence/hostility is not ok. Generally, it’s not in any part of society. Almost all actrual crimes involve the initiation of something negative toward another.
That said, I often can’t understand your messages to the degree necessary to know if you’re initiating hostility against another. However, I detect that you’re implying that you’ve been hostile with the users here with your message directly above.
I can see that you are religiously inclined, perhaps towards Christianity? You read the bible from the front to the rear, correct? If so, please review Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. There are many copies online, if you don’t have one readily available. That’s the sermon I’d prefer to be the modus operandi for our Christian users. Christ, as far as I knew, was compassionate, and to be Jesus like means to be kind and understanding. The fire & brimstone came from people commiting heineous acts in his name.
Generally, you don’t make things better by making things worse. As you know, people don’t listen as much as they mimic your actions. For this reason, you often do best by being an example for others to follow.
Modern Knights (the Knights Templar organization in Europe, etc.) don’t go on Crusades, killing people and tearing out their hearts for differences of opinion. Instead, they act as pillars of the community. They act as good men, and provide a good example. Eventually, people copy those examples. It can take time, but it happens.
In fact, it is the best way to enact long term change. People will forever continue not doing as you say, and instead doing as you do. You can work with that.
Behavior is the strongest teaching tool yet invented, so please treat others here as you’d prefered to be treated in a utopia, and be a good example to us all through your own actions. That’ll teach 'em, Terry. It really will.
MHarris hi, Mostly i was influenced into my latest posts by the subject of standing up for women,and that has led me thus far. I admit that i have had only a small amount of formal education, and i am a bit rough and that is that, no more and no less, and i dont pretend to be what i am not, and i will admit that i do react a little to the abuse of, and the exploitation of woman and children, and to organisations and individuals that contribute towards these things. And i do not try and single out any particular individual to condemn. But what i am i am, and if you dont like it is is your choice to BAN me from this forum if you so desire. And as to my religious beliefs, The bible is only correct to a point considering its many many interpretations and translations as it is easy to lose count at the myriod translations that text has been subject to. In actual fact i have been called of God by the direct laying of the hands of a person called and known as Jesus Christ upon me, and also having spoken with this person face to face, and also having been given instructions from him in person. And even as GOD is sutch I AM also no “respecter of persons,” and having received my commission from him, i have little respect for the authority of the natural man, And i also have the power within my hands to bless or curse even as i may choose, Even so i sometimes wonder why he has chosen sutch an unpolished person as i am to the calling which i have, but laugh if you may, because i have the ability to project my self into the body and also the blood of any person upon this Earth that i choose as i have done at times, but most times i have used this to do good, like wiping a cancer out for example, or relieving pain, but on a few occasions i have been responsable for the taking of life as well as cursing. But i have matured and received more understanding over the years so i really try hard not to curse anymore, as i have seen the effect it causes, and i do not judge or condemn mankind in general, because i have understanding and compassion within my being, To be honest i am not bothered in the least smallest particle if i am banned from anything or even if i am imprisoned or even if i die again as i have done so before, because material substance is no barrier to me or to the calling which i have, and i am not accountable to man, but i am accountable to that being that has sent me and chosen me and who has instructed me over the years of my life upon this earth. He is my master my maker my life and my blood, and the Grace that eminates from him can not be discribed with earthly words and even one glance of his eye can cause the earth and all mankind to wither, this much i know of myself as a surity, and what i speak i speak in truth with a sober mind and i excuse myself not. terry0400-40
