Hi everyone, I recently purchased ammo summer, a314 B, and mx297. I thought akuto was going to smell more appropriate for an older audience (I’m turning 20 soon), but I love the smell!! I seem to project colognes/scents more than most and I seem to have a sensitive nose. I feel like I smell too strong when wearing mones. How many sprays of akuto or neroli can you guys get away with? I like subtle scents. I feel like 2 mx297 and 2 IS is too much.
If you’re getting deeper into pheromones than the instant line, (ie customizing cover scents) you might consider the coconut vanilla as a good mellow scent. If anyone asks I just say it’s my shampoo or something. So much less obvious than the cologne scent of Ammo or even the neutral but noticable scent of neroli.
Haha, I’ve just checked the store and coconut is listed under women’s scents. I don’t care! I rock it anyway! There used to just be a list of 5-10 scents, no categories. Funny how things get marketed.
Neroli has a huge spray range, so long as you give it half an hour or so to settle down, you can easily wear many sprays of the stuff. I’ve gone-over 20 sprays of 6% in complex mixes with a decent cover and had few problems.
Akuto at 6% does not have as grate a spray range but still you should manage a dozen or-so sprays before it gets too prominent. With this, I try to either not use a cover or to try to find something that will complement the Akuto, not cover it.
Things also depend on it being day or night - IME in daytime you can get away with a lot less than at night, where a stronger scent can be a positive advantage, esp as feelings run faster and strong scents become much more acceptable. Do not underestimate the value of a good strong scent in night time attraction mixes! ![]()
I have found this to be the case too, it seems context and time of day are important as to whether certain pheros are acceptable or whether people will respond to them in the way you expect them to. It seems during the day when wearing a more sexual mix, women might take a quick look at you but it’s not until the evening that prolonged stares and obvious hits will be seen or conversations started by others around you, but if it was during the day people wouldn’t always respond in this way. Has anyone else noticed this?
