From the management perspective, there are tactical measures you can take related to how you wash / shower. Hydrogen peroxide 3% is inexpensive and seems to work well in removing phero-residues. I’ve used a half-ounce or ounce in the shower after soaping and rinsing phero-application spots when I really want a “blank phero canvas.”
You might want to look to search results for “Nioxin” as well.
Was it also your desire to find pre-emptive means of producing lower levels of pheromones and not just find effective means of managing them after being produced?
Short of finding a doctor with specialties in endocrinology and nutrition who ~knows~ why and how your body produces pheromones and how to tweak the production levels, the best suggestion that I have might seem silly: consider hypnosis – tell your unconscious mind to slow down the phero-production and let it figure out how…
My caveat is that death and serious disease and dietary deficiency and aging and stress are the primary “natural” reducers of phero production that I know of. So you probably wouldn’t want your unconscious mind to follow these paths …
If you have some successes, please let us know. I suspect there are more than a few here who would welcome any wisdom you find on controlling natural pheromone output levels.
