The Glow that Women get from Sex

Hey guys, anyone know any articles or anything on women getting some and therefore look good/healthy/shiny/radiant? Or is this an urban legend

It seems that there’s a lot of talk out there that women that get sex, and regularly have this healthy glow or shine to them. Is this true, if yes, this leads me to the next question, does it have to be good sex. Do they have to orgasm to get the intended health benefits? Or is the “emotional connection” that they feel, the closeness that they have with their man or feeling sexual and empowered or all of the above that makes them have that shine, that glow. If yes, are there any tell-tale sign to see if a woman has been “getting some”? Haggard women don’t look like they have had sex (maybe they’re really too busy too to get some). Happy and healthy looking women look like they have good sex (or it be a result of regular excercise and a really healthy diet).

Does anyone know what chemicals are released when a woman has sex and what the effects are? Can a woman achieve this shine or healthy glow from self pleasuring?

The after glow is not something thats visual its a feeling derived from orgasm that both males and females get from the endorphins traveling through the body.

Haggardness and happy healthy looking are not indications of sex or lack of it.

Now this is not to say that happy healthy people dont have a shine to them. I feel they do but its not a side effect of sex. Is more a side effect of health and life style.

You are talking about this maybe?
Flushing (physiology) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If you are, then yes, it would have to be good sex that involved (at least) arousal and hopefully orgasm.

Weeellll, I experience this kind of flushing and cuddling (though nice) doesn’t do it…neither does a real quickie that’s just for him.

The sex flush would look like a pink or red flush over the face, neck, chest, and breasts. Mine is mostly neck and upper chest and can look rather blotchy. It fades quickly though; you would have to see her within 15 mins or so of the encounter.

I don’t. The flush itself is of course vascular in nature.

yep

edited to add: not everyone experiences a sex flush, and of those that do, not all skin tones would show it well. I’m uber white so there is no pigment to hide it, plus I flush and blush easily. I get the same pink blotches from being very angry on occasion, or sometimes from aerobic exercise. So you couldn’t use a flushed condition as proof that a woman just had a sexual encounter, nor could you use the lack of one as proof that she hadn’t.

I look great after exercise, so I think I do after sex too. However its been too long for me to remember…
