You need to figure out why she’s not interested in you anymore and act on that. Pheromones can take an attraction she has towards you and amplify them, but they can’t make her magically want you if she only views you as a friend without the pheromones. Using sexual pheromones in a situation like this could be very bad and lead her to think you’re making strong sexual moves towards her.
Well I’ve never made a move first on girl, I always make it seem like we’re really just friends, which happens to drive them crazy, cause I’m not all over them like other guys would usually be.
This one is different, cause yeah I won’t make a move unless she does first, which she has plenty of time before, I just never jumped on it. It’s more like me finding out, if it is still there or not. Big part of it was playing the nice guy too much with her, before, I was really the james bond type with her, but that was before we became really good friends and treated her too nice. Now we hang out very rarely, but still want to see if anything happens, bring back what was once there if possible.

I would leave IO out of anything involving A314 altogether - IME it just wrecks the A314 effects and if you read the store page, you will see that IO is the product advised to moderate A314.
If you feel the need to mix them, maybe reduce the amount of A314 instead and see how that goes?

Quickly browsing through this … Yes, I wouldn’t mix A314 with IO. A314 is best as stand-alone, I think, although you can make it the alpha sexual weapon with TUTH or so I’ve read. For me A314 is a alpha-guy phero, mostly for work place etc., when you want some authority. Of course you got to act like the man as well …
I noticed from my own experience that combination of Ammo + IS + IO made my female friend talkative. Certainly gives out a nice guy vibe, who you can open to. (Although this friend of mine trusts me anyway, I think. Yes, it’s a friend zone and I want to keep it like that, it wasn’t friend zone in the beginning, but it went there and I’m glad overall!)
A314 is a bit too commanding maybe, it’s OK if you look for LTR, but if you want to fling and have fun, I’d go with Ammo and IS. IH is also good with Ammo, but of course personal chemistry matters as well. Your own sweetspot etc.!

Overall, friends are sometimes more worth than sexual encounters. That’s what I think. I’m not a monk, I do have sexual desires, but I’d rather have more qenuine friends than a lot of casual sex friends …
